I would recommend his services to anyone who needs root canal. I just had one visit and will still need a few more treatments as I need two root canal procedures. The clinic was very clean. The staff gave me a good appointment schedule and i love their kindness when they took me in urgently as I was in pain. Tooth pain is no joke and Dr. Greenberg seemed well experienced in his craft.

Good to know, noted for future reference. Last night, I started having a toothache but being a stubborn kind of guy, I thought I would gut it out and everything would be just fine. I certainly didn't want to spend my last holiday vacation day going to the dentist. Just in case it got worse, I sent a FB message via Messenger around 1AM looking to get a response by the time I woke up in the morning. Surprisingly, someone responded within a few minutes. Well done, social media and a late night almost instant response. Scored points with me for sure. But I didn't sleep very well because of the toothache so at 5am, I set up an appt with my regular dentist online through his website. I called him an hour before just to make sure we were good but it turns out he was out of town and his staff didn't update his availability. Great! Went to the notebook on my phone and looked up the guys who got all the kudos and accolades. I looked up their reviews (all positive), looked up where they went to school and when they graduated (local guys), and etc. Someone on FB Messenger told me that the office was open at 9am and if I wanted to set up an appointment, they would be happy to take care of me. I called them after finding out my regular dentist wasn't in town and they gave me an appointment for three hours later, on a Sunday! I went in and they followed good social distancing practices, the place was clean, and the doc, Junoh Kim, walked me through everything that was going to happen, during, and after. He answered all my questions with pleasure and patience, no attitude, no judgement, no preaching, which is always appreciated. There wasn't anyone after me but he took his time, didn't rush through the process, and it was generally a good experience, considering it was a visit to the dentist on a Sunday during Thanksgiving weekend. I definitely recommend KW Dental and not that I look forward to the next visit, but I know that I will feel comfortable going to these guys in the future. 2020 is a weird year and businesses are all being affected so wanted to make sure to call these guys out for their good patient services.

I didn't know what to expect. All I knew was that I had a throbbing toothache that effected the left side of my face. I was so nervous about the whole situation. I was in pain and I didn't know what I was thinking. I guess worse case scenarios in my head but I was in pain. The staff was very sweet and friendly. From my first phone call to the office they tried to put me at ease. I have to say that Dr. Borukh is amazing. He explained the problem that I was having very clearly and made me feel very confident about the procedure moving forward. I absolutely hate needles of any kind. This update is really a…read more3.5 rating but because good medical professionals like good hairdressers are often hard to find + trust. 4 is more appropriate. Like many reviewers have wrote, the wait times has been increasing this is regardless if you come early, on time, or late. We have all been on occasion done so for any appointments, myself included. However, what is bizarre is sometimes the miscommunications at this office. Don't get me wrong, Dr. Sakhaee is pretty good. But I think and this is just me, if you schedule an appointment with a specific doctor, hygienist or whomever. If that medical professional isn't at the office, wouldn't you give the patient a courtesy heads up? Would you go to a substitute gynecologist if the person you have been going to for years isn't available on the day of your appointment? Would you trust your car to any mechanic? I would argue that the mouth/teeth is one of the most intimate areas where if you do find a doctor and/or hygienist that you have gone to and known for years. You would shutter trusting it to anyone else. And the two other times where I rolled the dice was as expected. Once was with a recent dental graduate (OUCH!) and the other was also less than stellar. My most recent roll of the dice I had to explain that due to previous experiences with poor hygienists, I now have PTSD from it and only book with my hygienist that I trust. I couldn't afford to reschedule so yet again I rolled the dice. This shouldn't be how coming in for teeth cleaning be where you book weeks, months in advance. But the fault here isn't the doctor nor the hygienist who wasn't available at the day of your appointment. The fault here is where the receptionists which seems to change guard every so often for one reason or another fail to let patients know ahead of time. Twice I had to reschedule until I couldn't because like most/all of us. We have work commitments or other commitments that needs attending too. And for that reason, now I'm forced to have to call in before my future appointments just to make sure my hygienist is indeed working that day. A lot of reviewers also mentioned overbooking slots. This happens in any industry including the airline industry. That is purely a business move and I am happy to see this practice thriving. I just feel that improvements should be made accordingly to the influx of more and more business. The waiting area while it is small, it was never meant to fit 15 people. It has always been that size. Though the waiting area may be exasperated by the overbooking of slots. Sometimes that can't be helped and you wouldn't want a lesser experience when you go to the dentist so rushing patients in and out isn't the answer here either not only for safety's sake. For now and for the past few years, I'd say Dr. Sakhaee's practice is still among some of the better ones in Queens and definitely around this neighborhood. I just hope improvements and tweaks for the better comes sooner rather than later...

When I got home and looked, my gums were purple from bleeding!!! and super irritated, I tried my best not to be rude there but next time I'll put my self first. This is unacceptable. I'll leave a pic, that purple mark was not there when I came in to the dental office!! My gums were hurt! Also she did my x-rays and didn't provide protection for my eyes, which the last time the other lady did.
