They did not notify me that my vehicle had been impounded, even though California law (Vehicle Code § 22852) requires timely notice. They also did not communicate when my vehicle was eligible for release. Unjustly not a vehicle code, but clearly shows corrupt intent. Instead of trying to contact me so I could pick up my car, it felt like they were more interested in letting storage fees pile up. From what I saw, they seemed quicker to move toward lien processing with the DMV than to actually get paid by the owner. Costs add up fast, and the longer your car sits there, the worse it gets. If you're dealing with them, stay on top of it, document everything, and don't assume they'll reach out to you. Overall, very frustrating experience and not customer‑friendly at all.

The driver looked at my E36 323i and assured me that using wood blocks for his flatbed might leave "a couple of minor cosmetic scratches on the bumper." Based on his professional promise, I signed the waiver. Instead of a couple of bumper scratches, the driver violently compressed the shredded tire up into the wheel well during loading/unloading, leaving me with: * A destroyed front bumper cover * A severely crushed, buckled passenger fender * Broken mounting tabs on the rocker panel * A chewed-up wheel lip To top it off, he dropped the car on the street at my house and sped off before anyone could walk around it to inspect the damage. When I arrived, I worked with Rocky, who was professional and courteous. He instructed me to drop off my car on Tuesday and told me it would be ready by Friday. However, on Friday, I received a message from Rocky informing me that the car would not be ready due to an unexpected issue. He then rescheduled the pickup for Monday since the shop is closed on weekends. Unfortunately, Monday came and went, and the car was still not ready. I was told there was a delay because of a special paint requirement. My vehicle is a Toyota Camry, not a high-end exotic car, so I was surprised by the extended delay. Once again, I was promised the car would be ready the following day. Finally, I was notified that the repairs were complete. Since I was at work, I asked my wife to pick up the car. Upon pickup, she immediately noticed that the paint quality did not look right. After I got home and inspected the vehicle myself, I discovered that the paintwork was not properly completed. Before the repair, the paint on my car was in good condition aside from the dent. Unfortunately, the repair process appears to have caused additional damage to the paint, leaving the vehicle in worse condition than before. I am very disappointed with the outcome. I paid $1,000 out of pocket because I was unable to identify the person responsible for damaging my car and the rest for my insurance company, and I expected professional repairs that would restore my vehicle to its original condition.
