It's a fun little place where you order at the counter and take a marker for your table and then they bring you your food. It was good but there was a lot of olive oil on it. I really liked the grilled pita it came with. I also tried the chicken schwarma sandwich. It comes with fries but I asked to swap them for the lentil soup. I ended up with both fries and soup due to a mishap. The lentil soup was ok. It was a little different than what I'm used to. It wasn't bad but it wasn't my favorite. I did like the fries so I'm glad they were there. My favorite was the chicken schwarma sandwich. They have outdoor seating but mostly no space inside. We tend to just enjoy our burgers from the car. Definitely worth trying if you're craving a good, non-fussy burger and you're near Merriam Drive.

Terrible store policies and manager (who by the way, wasn't even there). Let me start off by saying the two young employees who were working this evening were terrific! They were friendly, helpful, and had a really fun working rapport with each other and service to the customers. The trouble started after we ordered our three foot long sandwiches, they were made, and were trying to pay. The register didn't recognize our coupon. One of the employees had to call the manager at home and ask what to do. No manager or supervisor on site. Over the phone the manager (twice) told the employee to relay that they couldn't honor the coupon because their system has a known issue where it deletes coupons on the day they expire. Nothing can be done. That's it. The end. Now, I feel really sorry for those two young people. They were very apologetic and really very professional all things considered. The best they could advise was to contact corporate through the website. I tried that. Subway.com is not mobile responsive. I couldn't get past the first section. Never again, terrible store policies and manager. That's it. The end.

Writing on behalf of my husband. He has very little to complain about- the food is fine and…read moreconsistent. His one real comment is that every one of the five or six times he's been there, the attitude from every employee is "I hate being here and I hate that you're here too". We don't go places for the service, truly, if the food is solid then we're good. But he says that the workers have earbuds in and they seem actively unwelcoming. You don't know him, but I do- he's really not one to complain. He'd just like it if the atmosphere felt slightly less like an execution chamber. Neither of us is expecting employees to pretend to be HAPPY to see us.... But maybe being tolerant of his existence in your store is doable?
