I sent a message via Yelp on a Sunday night and they immediately scheduled our oven troubleshooting for Monday afternoon. Their front office staff is incredibly responsive! George (technician) arrived timely and was very thorough. He explained things to me every step of the way. He is approaching this very methodically - ok, so it's not the igniter, let's look at the next link in the chain... I saw George called out by name in other Yelp reviews, and I understand why he comes so highly recommended! He called the manufacturer to discuss his findings, but the manufacturer tech team wasn't available. He let me know he would be calling them again in the morning and that he would reach out to me with an update. I've had plenty of negative or so-so experiences with other service technicians from other companies. I'm a customer for life! During the summer, when my A/C started acting up, I gave Micah a call and he came right out. After trouble-shooting my issue he fixed the problem and we thought we were in the clear. Well, it turns out, fixing the one issue uncovered a few more (as it tends to happen). Micah was back on the job and had a stop-gap in place while he waited for new parts to come in. He was prompt, helpful, and responded quickly. He made sure we were not without A/C during some of the hottest weeks of the summer (not an exaggeration). Since this issue I had them inspect my furnace just before winter.
