I have to say that after exhausting every other option, I finally turned to Camping World and to be honest I wish I had come here right away. This was the best experience I have ever had with a business. From sales to service, we left with such a good impression. Our sales person Callie was just incredible. She was patient and she was kind and she was knowledgeable. She even came in on her day off to help us. Austin was also incredible and this business is very lucky to have him. He stopped at nothing to make sure our dreams came true and that they came through the way we wanted them to come true. Sam was also very helpful and knowledgeable. Then we got to meet the incredible team in the service department. First impression was Ms. Leslie at the front door, who is so warm and genuine. She shared our excitement as first time camper owners and gave us wonderful advice. Then Ms. Cheryl McCann, an exceptional lady full of expertise and laughs. We sure will miss her. She made the whole experience fun and memorable for us. We look forward to seeing her again. Then we've got Gabriel Cowles in service. He took our complicated situation and resolved it with ease and a smile. Definitely grateful for his support and patience. He connected us to Mr. TJ Feehan. The true hero to our story. He stayed after his shift was over to help us be able to get on the road that very day on our first adventure. After a long day he said I'm not going to leave these guys hanging until tomorrow, I'm going to do everything I can to help them. He installed our weight distribution system for us with hard work and experience. He helped us understand how the system worked and walked us through the process. This man took an already incredible experience and sent us on our way in the best way possible. Because of the Team at Camping World Georgetown, we will be lifetime customers and will be forever grateful for the experience that we had with them. Don't believe everything you read online about Camping World. Give them a chance and you won't be disappointed.

Cory was super attentive to detail and the trailer arrived just as ordered. Thats just a testimonial, now for the real reason I'm yelping. They also service horse trailers. Friday afternoon, the hitch on my 13 year old goose neck trailer failed. I pulled the trailer over to Winners Circle where Cory stopped what he was doing and had me back on the road in 20 minutes! There was no 'leave it and come back next week' attitude. It was all about meeting the customers needs. Definitely 5 star service.

The employees are always friendly and ready to answer questions on-line or in the store. I have had problems with items I've ordered during the Christmas sales that were billed but later I was told they were not available/discontinued or over-sold. The price has always been reimbursed, but I would have rather had the items I ordered. A couple years ago, we bought a leather western saddle from Winners Circle whose stirrups couldn't be shortened enough to fit our daughter's short legs. They had to re tool the straps to make them short enough but didn't charge us any extra fee for the work done. Very customer-oriented.

Horrible experience!!! Purchased my RV in May. I have been waiting since July to get my RV…read moreregistered and plates put on. However, it is now December 3, 2020 and I have still not been able to do so. I have not been able to utilize my RV since the tags expired. Every time that I called the Georgetown location the accounting department happened to be at the bank, out-of-the-office or in a meeting. Several messages were left. I called so many times, the front office lady could recognize my number and knew what I was calling about. At one point I spoke with a manager. I was told... "the person responsible for Titling had left for the day. He would text her right now; and he would NOT be surprised if she called me that evening. The manager also stated that I would "for sure" hear from her in the morning at the latest. 2 WEEKS LATER... crickets! On 12/3/2020 I finally spoke with someone after threatening legal action after my first phone call of the day. I was told that everything would be sent next day via FEDEX . Hopefully, they will send me this information and I can be completely done with this place.

He still took an entire hour out of his day to show us any trailer we wanted, answer all of our questions (my girlfriend had quite a few), and give us his best advice for some first time buyers. Not sure if we're buying new or used, but if you are buying, I'd recommend talking to Bobby!

Upon arriving, everyone was of course very friendly. We worked with salesperson David, and he was very kind (if a bit pushy). The second the rig was off the lot, nothing but issues. Their delivery driver told us there was something wrong with the brakes. Has anyone come to inspect or to fix it? No. No one cares. Then, when we finally got the rig hooked up, the air conditioner didn't work. Again, called the dealership with now TWO issues. No calls back, no assistance. I've texted our sales person, made repeated calls, Facebook messages... nothing. Nothing, nothing. Unbelievable, given that this rig is BRAND NEW. The minute we purchased our rig, they were very pushy about immediately leaving a review. Clearly, this is because they don't care once it's off the lot. DO NOT trust them with your business.

The short of it is this:…read more After getting service at Velocity, my driver (we may or may not be married) told me, "I've never met people like that before. They were wonderful. Albert was very very nice." My driver said he noticed coolant on the ground under the truck, but no leaks from the reservoir. We debated getting back to NJ and taking it in but we agreed to be conservative and play it safe. There was a Freightliner 2 miles from him with poor reviews. We took a chance on Velocity 80 miles away in Lexington due to the great reviews. I am so happy we did! The service tech who answered was friendly, reassuring, and told us they could look at the truck same day. And he wasn't dismissive or condescending to me as a woman. Our truck is under warranty and it's always a little worry that work will "slow down" if the repairs are covered. But Albert had us in on Wednesday and out early Thursday as promised. Breakdowns and maintenance are part of trucking life but that doesn't make getting that call any easier. I'm glad Velocity was there when we needed them - nothing but great things to say!

Funny this place has 2 stars on here LOL please move reviews to google…read more I want to start by saying that Frank and Michelle were the only two people at this dealership who treated my family with kindness and professionalism. They were respectful and helpful throughout the process, and we truly appreciated them. Unfortunately, the rest of our experience was completely unacceptable. My mom came in excited to purchase a camper. But, after taking more time to think about it, she realized she wasn't ready to move forward. She respectfully let her salesman know she was backing out which, as a customer, she's absolutely allowed to do. That's when everything shifted. The manager, Matt Wills, immediately turned aggressive and unprofessional. He called my mom CRAZY to her face -- something I recorded on video. I informed him I was recording, which I have every legal right to do in a public setting. Still, he continued to speak in a demeaning, dismissive tone. He also shouted things like "Do you know how much you've put him through?!" -- as if her hesitation was some personal offense to him. She had already put down a deposit, so we simply asked for it back, and he responded with a nasty attitude, asking "How much did you pay? I'll give it all back." That interaction alone was enough to leave us shocked. As we calmly left the building, multiple employees including a pregnant woman, yelled at us not to come back. The energy was full of hostility. My mom, sister, and I remained calm, said "okay" and "bye," but their tone and demeanor were completely out of line. My mom walked away from that experience feeling disrespected, humiliated, and targeted. She expressed that she felt the way she was treated may have had something to do with her being a Black woman -- and after witnessing how quickly things escalated for no real reason, I can't ignore that possibility either. I wish I could show the video, because no one would believe how unprofessional and downright ugly the behavior was unless they saw it. It was honestly disturbing. I don't write reviews often, but people deserve to know how they may be treated here especially if a sale doesn't go through. We weren't rude. We didn't yell. We didn't even argue. My mom changed her mind -- and was treated with complete disrespect. Do better.
