Friday afternoon, the hitch on my 13 year old goose neck trailer failed. I pulled the trailer over to Winners Circle where Cory stopped what he was doing and had me back on the road in 20 minutes! There was no 'leave it and come back next week' attitude. It was all about meeting the customers needs. Definitely 5 star service.

A couple years ago, we bought a leather western saddle from Winners Circle whose stirrups couldn't be shortened enough to fit our daughter's short legs. They had to re tool the straps to make them short enough but didn't charge us any extra fee for the work done. Very customer-oriented.

However, it is now December 3, 2020 and I have still not been able to do so. I have not been able to utilize my RV since the tags expired. Every time that I called the Georgetown location the accounting department happened to be at the bank, out-of-the-office or in a meeting. Several messages were left. I called so many times, the front office lady could recognize my number and knew what I was calling about. At one point I spoke with a manager. I was told... "the person responsible for Titling had left for the day. He would text her right now; and he would NOT be surprised if she called me that evening. The manager also stated that I would "for sure" hear from her in the morning at the latest. 2 WEEKS LATER... crickets! On 12/3/2020 I finally spoke with someone after threatening legal action after my first phone call of the day. I was told that everything would be sent next day via FEDEX . Hopefully, they will send me this information and I can be completely done with this place.

Upon arriving, everyone was of course very friendly. We worked with salesperson David, and he was very kind (if a bit pushy). The second the rig was off the lot, nothing but issues. Their delivery driver told us there was something wrong with the brakes. Has anyone come to inspect or to fix it? No. No one cares. Then, when we finally got the rig hooked up, the air conditioner didn't work. Again, called the dealership with now TWO issues. No calls back, no assistance. I've texted our sales person, made repeated calls, Facebook messages... nothing. Nothing, nothing. Unbelievable, given that this rig is BRAND NEW. The minute we purchased our rig, they were very pushy about immediately leaving a review. Clearly, this is because they don't care once it's off the lot. DO NOT trust them with your business.

The short of it is this:…read more After getting service at Velocity, my driver (we may or may not be married) told me, "I've never met people like that before. They were wonderful. Albert was very very nice." My driver said he noticed coolant on the ground under the truck, but no leaks from the reservoir. We debated getting back to NJ and taking it in but we agreed to be conservative and play it safe. There was a Freightliner 2 miles from him with poor reviews. We took a chance on Velocity 80 miles away in Lexington due to the great reviews. I am so happy we did! The service tech who answered was friendly, reassuring, and told us they could look at the truck same day. And he wasn't dismissive or condescending to me as a woman. Our truck is under warranty and it's always a little worry that work will "slow down" if the repairs are covered. But Albert had us in on Wednesday and out early Thursday as promised. Breakdowns and maintenance are part of trucking life but that doesn't make getting that call any easier. I'm glad Velocity was there when we needed them - nothing but great things to say!
