Went here a few months ago hoping for a nail salon closer to home ... very nice shop, seemed really clean snd pleasant staff .. asked if they could do a pedicure and full set .. they stated yes but they only took cash or Zelle ?? Had to leave to get cash since I do not have Zelle (inconvenient ) but I came back sat in the chair snd asked for a certain style.. she seemed a little hesitant but said ok.. proceeded to do my full set.. although hopeful I was disappointed and even stated my pinky was completely going an odd direction she looked at it several times before reluctantly taking it off and redoing it ( sorry my finger does not go that way) she really tried to do what I asked but really should have just told me she did not know how and I would have been fine with that and went elsewhere ‍‍ so make sure you ask if they've done similar work and ask for pictures of their work ... Important to note they only take Venmo or Zelle payment, it's convenient for me but I can see that being a challenge or deal breaker for some. I'm not certain if they would be accepting of cash. I got an acrylic fill, my technician was faster than other places, I was very pleased with the smoothness of my nails, they're a little thinner on the left than the right, but only I would know that - it's not noticeable to others. My mail was filed too deep (aka through my nail) at the time of the fill and it took a while to heal and grow out the hole once the acrylics came off, but that was likely bad luck. For now I'm holding off on getting acrylics done there but the pedicures are also done well there. read more

A real gem. I usually get my pedicures at the salon where they do my hair, but the girl was not available last time so I looked up local places to try to get one done before heading out on vacation. In the past, I had gone to some of the walk in places and they were not always the nicest places. This one is really, really nice. Kim is the best. It was better than my salon. They took me right away on the day on the day of my appointment. I got dip powder on my nails and they did such an amazing job. They really take their time on you and do not rush at all. The quality of their work is excellent! Exceeded my expectations by far. This is the best nail salon in Glendora hands down. Definitely come here you will not be disappointed. I really don't want to be the one to complain about someone not speaking English! Some of my best pedicures came from ladies who spoke very little. However, I do think it's important that people who do speak it well are checking in on customers and being accessible for when we need translating. I was fuming while my pedicure was being performed because of everything going wrong and no one being around to help me translate my complaints. I asked for square cut, she was rounding off the sides! Then the polish I chose seemed a bit thick and streaky once applied. So she went in with 3 coats, which seemed thick to me. I already didn't like them because the shape was ruined, now the polish looked thick. When I finally got someone else to look at them, she insisted that's how they always paint white polish, with several coats. It's pretty hit or miss, depends on who you get. I wish they wore name tags so I knew who not to ask for. I feel like I wasted money on something I could have done better at home. I probably won't be going back. read more

I decided to go to this place simply because I needed to try a new place and I needed a pedicure. I can tell you that it was a professional setting. I didn't have to wait more than a couple minutes to be sat down to the nail chair. I used to go to another place around the house but they were getting sloppy. (Maybe because I was a regular). I get a pedicure every 2 weeks ( my friends make fun of me because I am a guy). But honestly, I recommend everyone to check this place out. The best pedicure experience and I'm not just saying that because i haven't had one in four months because of COVID they make you feel safe, there are partitions between you and the nail technicians, they wear a mask, face shields and gloves while working on you. So, I decided to come to this place because I needed a fill and pedicure for a trip I'm taking. When I called, the woman was being hesitant about saying it's ok to come in as a walk in because the nail tech had an appointment and she takes an hour to do nails and that I had to come in exactly at 5. When I get there, there are no customers inside! None. No one showing up for that "appointment". I sit on the pedicure chair and the lady starts running the water. As the water is running, the lady is messing with the part where the water comes out from and the spout breaks off. The water squirts up at me at the speed of a water hose! My dress got wet, my stomach, underwear, legs, feet, my bottom and other parts get wet and mind you I'm pregnant. Even the chair is wet. They decided to move me instead to another chair, didn't offer me any kind of discount, I'm dropping in water and just plain uncomfortable, my underwear was wet!! I decided to leave, and they had the audacity to be upset that I was leaving. I ignored the bad reviews, ignored all of the red flags, never again will I try and give a spot a chance.
