Tried this nail salon just to get my nail fixed. My nail had broke and I was in the area, so I called to to see if they can take me at the last minute and they. Though it was a wait, it was very crowded and they were really busy. However, they still took me in and finished my nail right before my next appointment. I got acrylics and powder for the color for the first time and I am so happy I came to QT nails. Ivy and Kate both worked on my nails and they were really great. I loved how thorough they were while shaping the acrylics and applying the powder and also how gently they handled the drill to thin and even out the nails after applying powder. Got my nails done about 3 days ago at this nail salon. It was a young guy with hair covered half of his face. The whole time he barely spoke to me and had little to no customer service (rudely pulling my hands, had his ear buds in for more than half of the time I was there, talking bad about the customers behind their back- mind you I can understand the language, etc). I asked for a simple french tip fill and he did them way too thick. The nail art was uneven and was charged $35 for a simple design and that seems to be ok with the nail technician. read more

I'm not sure why they have just one star.They don't deserve that, but only having one other (bad) review will do it I suppose, so let me boost them up! This place is small, clean, and takes walk ins. They've always been able to take me when I'm in a jam. The ladies seem pretty quiet, and I don't mind that. Get in, get out. No pressure, no forcing extra services etc. And their prices are super reasonable, even low I'd say! I would call ahead to see if they are busy because there were only three people working but I would be coming back for sure! Can't wait. I had a appointment and Kate the one who do nails is very rude she passed me off to a guy that I never seen before and he messed up on my nails and instead of her saying no problem we will fix it she said I'm no longer welcome their for them to do my nails, which is fine because I don't want to put my hard earned money into a business that displays discrimination and racist behavior. In my opinion it's not that she didn't want to fix my nails she saw that I was a young black woman and tried to treat me any kind of way and when I said no she said I'm no longer welcome for them to do my nails. It was my first time here and I have to say I wasn't disappointed but I was also not blown away. The male nail manicurist was very kind and did an AMAZING job at the actual manicure, I was very surprised he made my nails look good after having acrylic on for a year. The first maybe 5 days my nails were great but I started to notice they index finger started to chip then a few days later another one did as well. although I didn't appreciate the chipping It could have also had to do with the fact that I use my hands a lot. I will most likely try them out again to see if it's worth making my regular nail spot. read more

This place was a favorite for me and had left because of change of management and poor work. A few months ago I decided to come back for a mani pedi. Let me tell you, this place has changed a lot in a very positive way. Looks like new management again. The staff here are very friendly and they don't pressure you into anything other than what you are requesting to get done. They take care of you and they are very meticulous with their work. It's a small place and very quiet. I feel comfortable coming here for mani, pedi and eye brow wax. I recommend this location. read more

When Kevin the guy that works there starts yelling at me in front of other customers and telling me if I don't like it I can go somewhere else. Its my right to ask what she was charging me for since i only got fills. He is ONLY a worker and was not even been spoke to. There was no need for him be rude and disrespectful.
