I think there's a truck there with them most Wednesday nights... I've been waiting for a chance to try these guys. It was one of the trucks high on my want list. Tonight I swept the middle row of their menu. Spicy pork (comes with rice and kimchi), a chicken bulgogi sandwich, and three egg rolls. $24 total before tip. I LOVED the spicy pork... I threw the pork, the rice, and the kimchi altogether almost immediately. This should be the new holy trinity. The egg rolls were very good. The wrap had a nice crunch and the filling tasted great. Cooked perfectly. The chicken bulgogi sandwich... It was okay. It was really overshadowed by the other two items. The chicken was tender and well cooked. The flavors popped. The roll reminded me of a lot of banh mi rolls I've had in the past. I really enjoyed the roll... Kind of like the exterior of the egg rolls it brought a change of texture to the party after the spicy pork. The staff of this truck was amazing to deal with. Everyone seemed to be in a good mood. The flow went well from ordering to picking up. The food was well packaged. The wait wasn't long at all. I'm glad I was finally able to catch up with this crew. I am on Instagram and their Instagram page has been very helpful. They have a how-to assemble on their website. If you're doing pick up, I much recommend getting the uncooked noodles.
