Mango margaritas also a big hit but the rim could have skipped the chili spice. It was pretty but not a good flavor combo. Everyone enjoyed their food. My burger was lukewarm and the tri tip on it was like cardboard. Mediocre burger at best. My wife's chicken stirfry was a random mixture of tastes and textures, and the chicken was cold. Beer was decent, but nothing to write home about. Server screwed up 4 out of our 6 orders (fries instead of a side salad, no fries at all, no onion rings when promised on two of our burgers). Waiter never came to check on us, refills, etc. We got the bill and there was a 20% charge for a "Large party" already added... Mind you, we were 6 (4 adults and 2 little kids) plus a baby in a high chair who didn't order any food. This 20% surcharge wasn't disclosed and the bill had an area for an additional tip on top of that. Nope!!!! Very shady. Most places disclose surcharges up front at check in, server tells you, or it's on the menu. Not this place. Expensive and not a good value. $10.99 for a kids meal of boxed mac'ncheese. Almost spent $200 for food, drinks, and a large party surcharge. Was really looking forward to this meal too after a long day of hiking as breweries near our hometown offer high quality food and high quality beer. Missed out on that plus service was terrible. Never coming back to this tourist trap. read more

My family enjoyed their meals, but mine was a disappointment. I ordered the Smokehouse with Tri Tip and Brisket. The Brisket was incredibly fatty, and semi cold. I almost gagged on a piece that was almost all fat...and not the good fat. In all the brisket I've eaten in my life, I can confidently say it was the worst I've ever had. The TriTip was tough and pretty meh. The coleslaw was literally just big chunks of the end of a cabbage. The only redeeming things in my meal were the onion rings and home made root beer. I don't think I could ever honestly suggest this place to anyone visiting Moab. read more

Loved this spot! The perfect spot to grab a meal and play some pool after a long day in the national parks. I ordered a wrap and my friend got a burger. The wrap was HUGE (and it's a little odd that it's open on the ends, so you have to eat it carefully), but it was delicious. Ate it too quick to grab a picture!!! Ate here a few times while in town for work. Food and service were very good everytime. I had the brisket sandwich, signature burger and their ribs and beer can chicken. Came for dinner and my son was treating us, when the waitress came over he gave his cc. He figured out 20% and punched that in. This is all while waitress stood there holding the cc processor. We were a table of 5. Including two young kids. The waitress never once told my oldest that we were considered a large party and 20% gratuity was included. I've never heard of a restaurant considering 5 a large party before. She stood there while he figured it out and still said nothing. My son learned a lesson to always check his receipts prior, but to have sneaky employees like this really irks me. Be honest and do better. We came here after a morning/afternoon at Arches. The folks at the host counter greeted us and seated us immediately and brought us water and a coloring kids menu for our daughter. We ordered: Chips and Salsa Jack Daniel's burger Brisket Kids Kraft Mac and Cheese Watermelon margarita Jonny Fruity hazy IPA (name is not exact) Service was quick and the food was good! My one criticism would be specifically on the kids menu to be mindful of changing items without marking them on the menu. We ordered the Kraft Mac and Cheese for our very picky daughter and we were anticipating just plain blue box Kraft Mac and Cheese. The chef sprinkled a lot of Parmesan cheese as a garnish and my daughter would NOT eat it so we wasted $10. If you have a picky little one and you come here ask about the garnish. read more

Just arrived to Moab, and after setting up the RV, decided to stop over for a late lunch and local brew. We walked through the gift shop and sat in the bar where we were helped immediately by Isabelle who super friendly and attentive (give the girl a raise)! I got a seasonal Big Drop Lager that was lighter than their Pilsner, my hubby got a Dead Horse Amber, and we split an order of fish and chips. We came for dinner on a busy Friday night and were lucky enough to find an open table in the tavern area. I loved the fact that it was well lit! The burger my husband ordered was huge and tasty. I loved the very tasty fish tacos. Manuel was our server. He was incredibly friendly and fun to chat with. He recommended beers for me and whiskey for my husband. Visited the brewery while in town to explore Arches. We sat in the bar area and the service was great, the server was very kind and helpful with suggestions. We sampled a few of the beers (not my favorites) and ended up landing on the house made root beer. Food wise we ordered pork nachos and the portion was large enough for 2 to share, the flavors were great, the dips were fun! (Loved the beer cheese, however quite salty). We tried the beers. We are none IpA drinkers so we didn't care for the beers. The old Fashioned was good. The hard Root beer was good.

Been there many times and had good experiences, their website states "hours: 11-8", so we dropped by Saturday 10/25 at 7:45pm for a drink, apps, and a hat or t-shirt souvenir, the door was not locked but the hostess said "sorry but we're closed", so we went to Spitfire Bbq and later to the Blu Pig and had good service and good apps and drinks and free live music at both venues. read more

Came back another nite, and ordered the same things, and it was less expensive...what we thought it should be. Nothing more irritating than over tipping the person who you later realize padded the bill. Like the winter pint special $4. Would be nice if there were more seasonal beers (different from same/usual ones.) Did try the blackberry sour, which was meh. Talking to locals at the bar is fun. Hubby got something like a brisket smash burger and said it was fantastic. We stay in beautiful Moab a few times a year with friends. This is our go to restaurant. But, it just was not the same this trip. The drinks were cold. The beer can chicken was moist. The service was friendly but slow. Everything else was over seasoned or over vinegared. The hamburger meat was bland and we weren't sure it was beef. The steak was tough. The fries were mushy. The restaurant was hot and stuffy, so we didn't want to stay long I think we won't be back. It is sad when good places go downhill. There are so many excellent restaurants in Moab, now. read more

A great spot to rest from hiking and relax with some great food and drinks! Our server was very attentive and met our needs every step of the way. We ordered the pork quesadilla and a gyro wrap. My dad loved the pork quesadilla and I truly enjoyed the gyro wrap. I loved that the wrap had a chili lime tortilla and the gyro was well seasoned with a nice little kick to it! I ordered a homemade root beer as well, which definitely hit the spot after hiking in 100 degree weather! They have a pool table and plenty of tvs to watch events as well. Yummy bar food and great service. We were created by a very friendly host and seated immediately. I think our server was covering the whole place and he was fantastic! Kylie took great care of us last night on the patio! We ordered the Bang Bang Shrimp Appetizer, an IPA & the Paloma mule to start. They did not disappoint! The shrimp was crispy and held up well to the sauce. The IPA was hoppy and went well with both the appetizer and sandwiches we ordered for dinner. The Paloma was refreshing and perfect with the starter. I ordered the BLTA and my husband picked the hot honey chicken wrap. The chicken was cooked well, a little crispy on the outside for crunch, and the hot honey gave it flavor to combat the dryness. The BLTA had a hint of garlic aioli and the grilled Texas toast made it quite enjoyable. He ate all of his, but I took half home because-- dessert! I ordered the root beer float, and he got the brownie sundae. The float could have used another half glass of root beer on the side, and the brownie was what he expected, appeased his sweet tooth, but we could have skipped the desserts. All in all, a good experience, service was great. The table we were sat at was visibly dirty and Kylie had to bring a wet rag to clean it up before we ordered, but not a dealbreaker. Good experience, would come again and try some other menu items, but skip dessert next time. read more

One of my favorite spots for dinner. The wait is usually pretty quick and the bar side (21+) is seat yourself. All food was delicious - the fish tacos had good flavor but I felt like could have a little bit more sauce or salsa. The chicken wraps were great and you didn't feel heavy after eating. Just your average tourist traveling through. We came to experience Arches and Canyonlands. After hiking, we opted to walk around downtown Moab. They have a selection of ales and ipas. I ordered a canned sour from another brewery. They also serve food. Food wise, I ordered the chicken wrap and fries. The wraps were huge! Their downfall was that they fell apart easily. When you picked them up, they spilled all over the plate. I decided immediately to dump them on the plate and have a chicken salad instead. It was a losing battle. Inside, it's fairly large. The brewery is located on the main street in Moab. There is a good selection of craft beers and an equally good selection of food offered. The service was good. We were looking for a place to watch the soccer match and they had it on. Most of the crowd was there to watch also so the atmosphere was perfect. The food was very good. I had the pork quesadilla.
