Eventually, a young African American female staff member came from the back with my order and placed it next to me without any verbal acknowledgment. When I sought clarification regarding my order, she did not respond or engage with my question. Instead, her gestures suggested that I should leave without further discussion. This lack of customer service and communication is concerning, particularly for disabled war veterans. Based on this experience, I am unlikely to return or recommend this location to others. I encourage you to review any available video footage from that evening to address this issue.
