"We can't do anything without the car here." That already made zero sense, considering the issue is with the tires themselves. Then instead of honoring what I PAID for, I get pitched more tires. Their "solution" was basically: buy two new ones and we'll give you a new warranty -- but the one I already paid for? Completely ignored. So let me get this straight -- the warranty is only useful when it's convenient for them? This felt less like customer service and more like a bait-and-switch. A while back my check engine light came on and I took it to the guys at Advantage. They checked it inside and out, found nothing wrong with it and sent me on my way. 9/10 places would find the smallest problem and charge you a boatload of money to repair it. I get free oil changes through the car dealership I purchased my vehicle through and I would still rather pay and get my oil changes through Advantage because I know I can trust their work.

I have always appreciated the thorough and attentive service at Take 5 Oil Change, which is why this recent experience was so surprising and disappointing. During my visit, several standard procedures were not performed. My fluids and tires were not checked, and my windshield was not cleaned--services I have come to expect as part of your regular oil change process. When I noticed that my windshield washer fluid had not been checked, I had to specifically request it, at which point the technician added it. I left the location in disbelief, as this is not the level of service I am accustomed to at Take 5. Unfortunately, due to this experience, I do not plan to return to this location. So I came back here, no more dealers! Chris and staff were friendly and very helpful. They got me in right away and having only one car, they insured I got home & back. They are very honest and do not work on commissions, so I can trust what they tell me is needed. One thing that brought me to Murray Motive in the beginning was the fact that the company supported missionaries in Honduras and other places by providing service and auto supplies for missionary cars. My experience with them has been nothing but positive and I would highly recommend them to anyone that needs auto repairs.

I brought my C300 in for service, upon picking the vehicle up I noticed the right, front passenger side wheel and tire was not in the same condition as when I dropped it off. After several attempts to have the wheel and tire repaired due to their negligence during the after service test drive (that we didn't opt for or was told it would be driven), unfortunately Trevor refused to make this right. Additionally, I asked to see the before pictures and video that was mentioned on the phone, but was told there wasn't any. Any time a car goes in for service, a detailed report is completed by the technician, but I was told they do not do this. That's a bit concerning to me.
