However, they must have changed ownership or managment because at of now (September 2026) the service was awful. Third in line, 25 minute wait. Then the salesman goes into the back (without acknowledging the person standing there) and doesn't re-appear for 10 minutes. Other employees come out, use the registers, ignore/don't acknowledge the people in line. Salesman finally comes back, mumbles something unintelligible to me. I explain that I need a Tube and a Tire for a wheel (which I have brought in). 5 solid minutes of typing at the computer, then asks me what type of tire it is (it's sitting on the counter in front of him). More typing, then gives me a total. I ask if that's for the TUBE and the TIRE and installation. Oh, he forgot the tube. Then he tells me if I drive to another location to pickup the tube they can do it for me by tomorrow. Then he forgets to add the labor to the total. I left and went somewhere else. Time to get some employees and management that know how to speak to human customers. I don't know who changed hands, but they were wonderful before, and can barely stand being there now. Go elsewhere.
