Horrible car wash. I brought my friend here to get her car washed and I felt horrible after bringing her here. I've never been here but she wanted a place that would wash it for her. She got the most expensive one and almost $50 later I could have done a way better job with my eyes closed. Not to mention a spot in the back seat was not wiped off, it was from the baby playing with deodorant and got on the seat, but when we got home all that hand to be done was wiped down...it looked like the entire back seat wasn't touched. I just left this car wash. I paid $40 for a hand wash on my 2025 Jeep and when I opened up the doors to look, they didn't even vacuum the back of my Jeep. They didn't vacuum the sides. There was still sand on the fender, and the back of the seats were filthy. The vacuums weren't strong enough to vacuum dog hair in the back of the jeep. I have never had an experience like this. I will never go back. This is the worst car wash i have ever had. I could've done a better job myself. Terrible. Don't waste your money. If I could offer a zero star, I would. read more

This Mobil has a friendly bunch of employees. I come here mostly for a chilled coffee, pop and the occasional lottery ticket. So much for those statistical probability courses in college, huh? Just had my car washed here. The result was not satisfactory. I requested they run the car through again and do a re-clean on the fender wells. I was told I needed to talk to the car wash manager. She informed me that it would be an extra $15.00 for the hand wash, note I had already paid for the supreme wash, specifically requesting the fender wells be cleaned. So there was a missed communication on my request, which the car wash manager simply refused to assist with. For the price my car was not cleaned to my satisfaction. Because I have a Tesla, I had to pay for a hand car wash, which was fine. When I watched them wash it, they used a water hose and barely washed it. When I asked the guys to clean the fenders. The manager walked over and responded with an attitude, we are not finished yet. When they were done with the car, the same dirt I complained about when they were washing it was still on there. I have been coming to this business for about 11 years, and other than a few minor complaints, they've basically done a decent job on my cars, however as of late I have not been happy at all. I have 5 cars and all of them get washed at the car wash. The last 3 times I've been greeted by a grouchy lady named Linny that is totally rude and extremely unfriendly. I finally feLt the need to complain so I called the manager. While I was speaking to him he seemed so unconcerned about the employee that I was complaining about. I explained to him that this has happened the last 3 times I've been there, and that that person doesn't represent the company in a favorable light. I normally come to this place, but tonight the pumps were incredibly slow. I'm taking about 5 minutes for 1 gallon. One. I asked the guy at the counter, he said, "yeah it does that sometimes if there is air in the line or something." Wow. I tried 4 pumps lol, I was desperate. Avoid at night, as this is crazy. Went in for a car wash asked to get doors wiped down. Doors don't get wiped down so I ask if they can wipe them. Their response is no we already did you need to purchase a detail. Paid 45$ and all they did was complain saying that doesn't include the inside and the truck will have to be here all day etc etc. Did not want to do a full detail because they said they already had to many appointments. I understand with COVID still around you should wear masks, but I did not have one. They did not have any available when I walked in nor did they offer me one. They waited until I got my drinks from the fridge and waited in line until it was my turn. Not only did the lady yell at me, she went on this rant and was being extremely rude. This car wash is a total waste of time and money. I waited 20 minutes in line, just to pull up and get my ticket. I decided to wait with my car while it was vacuumed, this took another 20 minutes. The extreme frustration was the absolute lack of organization, cars were not taken in any order, only one woman was vacuuming, and one guy writing tickets, and cars were waiting to be hooked up to the wash machines. I complained to the manager as well as several other people. They don't care. I waited another 20 minutes inside, then another 30 minutes outside waiting for my car to be wiped down. There are many places inside where it had not been vacuumed and many spots on the outside of the car. Things happen, but this is their 3rd chance. If I win the lottery, I will be buying a full service car wash on Newport. Mobil, you should be embarrassed! read more

These geniuses washed my car and let it sit in the sun for a good 10 minutes before they went to dry it off. So they then decided it would be a great idea to remove the water spots with windex on the body of the car. Ummm, I don't think windex is for trunks, hoods, and doors. I immediately asked for the car wash supervisor, Willie told me to my face that windex would not harm the car and that's how they clean it. I rarely even put soap on my car,. They do a poor job of cleaning vehicles and charge different than signs. I came in for supreme wash which is $39.95, I have an suv so $2 extra per sign. Instead they charged me $44.95. When I called them on it they wouldn't fix price. I even showed them their sign that no where said SUV's are $5 extra for their top,wash. It only says $2 extra. They will not serve one single person without a mask when California says differently. They sell each person a mask for .50 cents. Their car washing takes a long time and there is very little shade for customers to sit in the shade since people are distancing. They do a great job on cars, But I'm still not going back. My moms birthday is tomorrow and I wanted to purchase a $79 hand wash and wax for her and a $70 wash and wax for my car. I spent a total of $160. After the wash, both cars were still incredibly dirty, bugs were all over the grill, and mud still on my mothers car. After they pulled the cars into the sun, they did not work on them for 20 minutes. They then thought it was a good time to dry and wax the cars. Incase you didn't know, you do not wax cars that have been sitting in the sun or wax in the sunlight. Both of our cars looked awful with streaks everywhere. An employee got wax on my mothers trim yet did not wipe it away. After I brought our issues to their attention, the manager Willie said they would pull it out front and fix the problems. We felt relieved when he said that so we agreed. Once the cars were where Willie said, no one touched the cars for another 20 minutes and they were left baking in the sun. The manager noticed I was watching our cars as no one was working on it, Willie grabbed a towel and wiped the cars down, calling it good after a wipe. The cars still looked awful and the wipe down did not help the appearance. I finally just gave up disappointed and got into my car to leave. When I got inside my car, the interior was not wiped down all the way and the interior that was wiped down, had water marks and streaks everywhere. After my experience, I will absolutely not be coming back. Management does not care about the quality of wash, yet only cares about money. My mom's birthday gift was ruined due to the incompetent staff. I would absolutely not recommend this business. Poor customer service, will not fully complete the job, and will do far less than the bare minimum to get more cars in and out quicker. read more

Everytime we come the car wash is closed. A few months ago we waited 30 minutes for them to open from lunch. Wash and clean was adequate but we both left with broken windshields. His was broken when he got in to leave. Total lightening bolt up and across. Inspected mine when home and I had a couple star bursts. Granted mine was already pitted from high mileage. Car washes are not responsible for broken windshields but still we're not happy. We chocked it up to not having a wash for a long time due to covid. We came back today worried about new windshields and they were closed again. They opened fairly quick. 9 cars waiting. We all pulled thru. I've been going to this Mobil gas station for years , but several months ago because of the pumps not working correctly & the lack of cleanliness around the pumps I stopped using this location , today I stopped by because it was convenient. It's still rundown , 2 pumps wouldn't take my card , told me to see cashier ? I found a pump that took my card but it was difficult to read & was filthy . I came here this morning to get an oil change. When it was done I walked inside to pay for it. The employee told me I was not allowed to stand inside to pay without a mask. I explained that I do not wear mask. He then said I should wait outside while he process my card payment. I said I was not leaving my debit card. Another employee came to his defense and threatened that I could not have my vehicle back. I smiled and said it doesn't work that way. Both of them then disappeared to go find their superior leaving standing inside the store for quite a few minutes(hilarious). One of them finally came back to let me know that I'm acting like a child as he is twitching, huffing, puffing, with noise like he was growling while processing my payment. I have five kids. When they were toddlers, that would be the exact behavior they exhibit when they don't get their way. What an entertaining Saturday morning for me! Oh... while standing inside the store, I noticed an employee from the car wash brought in a stack of those laminate cards they give out to claim your car after the wash. The cashier lady took the cards and put them right on the counter to give them back out to other customers without Sanitizing any of them. I'm super bummed because I've been going here for years, everyone in my family does, for car washes, oil changes and gas! Over the last 6 months, the customer service has really declined and I've officially had it. I came here to get my oil changed, was a bit earlier then the sticker marked but I like to do them regularly l, on schedule. I drop my car off and leave and come back and hour later and the guy says "oh there you are, I was trying to find you. Did you know you're early on the oil change?" I said "yeah I am aware. You still haven't started yet?". So an hour wasted, just for them to turn around and do it, making me miss the car wash I planned to get after since they closed 2 hours early for whatever reason. The oil change employee then tells me "why don't you go across the street, it's a good car wash and you can vacuum it your self!" LOL, recommending the car wash across the street from your business, NICE! I get home and realize I left my brand new Yeti water bottle while waiting in their small waiting room. Called the next morning and the One Stop oil change employee says "oh yeah it's white, I remember seeing it, hold on". Then proceeds to tell me sorry we don't have it, not sure what happened. Tells me when to come by and speak with a manager. I show up and it's the SAME employee I was talking to on the phone, who happened to be a manager LOL. So I ask him when I can come back again to speak to his manager or someone who can tell me where this water bottle magically disappeared to & he hands me a card. I call that number and the manager looks at the cameras and tells me "sorry, the girl who did clean up last night is new and didn't know what to do with it so she threw it away".... Unbelievable. Truly the last time I'll ever go here & same with the 6 other vehicles in our family that routinely go here for various services. Very unfortunate!!
