I came here this morning to get an oil change. When it was done I walked inside to pay for it. The employee told me I was not allowed to stand inside to pay without a mask. I explained that I do not wear mask. He then said I should wait outside while he process my card payment. I said I was not leaving my debit card. Another employee came to his defense and threatened that I could not have my vehicle back. I smiled and said it doesn't work that way. Both of them then disappeared to go find their superior leaving standing inside the store for quite a few minutes(hilarious). One of them finally came back to let me know that I'm acting like a child as he is twitching, huffing, puffing, with noise like he was growling while processing my payment. I have five kids. When they were toddlers, that would be the exact behavior they exhibit when they don't get their way. What an entertaining Saturday morning for me! Oh... while standing inside the store, I noticed an employee from the car wash brought in a stack of those laminate cards they give out to claim your car after the wash. The cashier lady took the cards and put them right on the counter to give them back out to other customers without Sanitizing any of them. Please Yelp let me give this place ZERO STARS!!!!!! Absolute worst service anywhere. Went to get an executive wash. Idiot asks me you want vacuum? , me: uh yeah' it's an executive wash, it included right ? Idiot: oh yeah. You want air freshener? Me: I want an executive wash. Is it included? Idiot: uh yeah. I have the smallest sub compact 5 seater SUV on the market. Guess what? $2.00 up charge for a large vehicle. I told them the car is as small as a Honda Civic. A couple of weeks ago I went for a oil change. I was charged I believe $39.99 and of course with that you get a "free" car wash. First of all I have a conversion van and I drive wile seated in my wheelchair. So when I had my oil changed I was in the vehicle the whole time. I didn't realize that they do not top off any liquids. It's not included. I even had to ask for them to check the air in the tires which in turn the guy tells me that not normally included but he would do it for me. After i was finished I drove around for my "free" car wash which ended up costing me $30.00 because it had to be hand washed. It can't go through the line because it's lower than normal vans. At least the van was clean when finished. This place does rip people off. I won't be going back. read more

As a loyal 8 year customer, I was told by the cashier wearing a mask behind plexiglass to put my mask on. I offered my vaccination card. I was still asked to put the mask on. I explained I have Trigeminal Neuralgia and it triggers the excruciating pain which will cause me to go to the er. I was told the "owner" required it. As of yesterday Governor Newsom announced "No mask required if you have your vaccination card." My card didn't matter here... People shouldn't find joy in others misery. This has been a very hard time for all. The sad thing is when you deal with a person who enjoys yielding some sort of "mask power," to control whether or not you can function in life. Mariah is was an especially rude cashier. Yells at me to wear a mask. I tell her just want to pay and leave. Refuses to ring me out. Makes me wait, removes the drinks I wanted to purchase. Then proceeds to berate me. Told I can't wear a mask due to allergies and breathing issues, she doesn't care. Finally left to go outside because I didn't want to be around people in an enclosed area, but she made me wait. Took longer to pay than to have just gotten over her bitchiness. Not returning ever to this place, which I've been coming to for over 15 years. Bye. The car wash at AMPM is better. No one is wearing a mask outside. She literally refused my service. Wow. Car wash was an hour from line to driving away since so many people needed to get the ash off their cars but the quality was great. They did a superb job cleaning the car inside and out. I'd go back! 3 packages ranged from $20-$35 depending on what you need and then they also have add-ons and they can fill your tank when checking the car in. read more

This place has completely gone to shit. They chipped the paint on the edge of my drivers door. Everything they ask if you want is an up charge. The quality of the wash job has gotten worse & worse. The oil change place sucks too, but that's another review. After being a customer for years, they have declined to the point that I'm not going back to this ghetto ass car wash ever again. read more

Took my car there for an oil change. I noticed oil leaking from it 3 days later after it sat in the garage all weekend. Took it to shop and they said some oil was probably spilled so they wiped it up. I noticed a couple days later it was still leaking oil and again took it back and they cleaned more thoroughly the oil that they said was spilled. I again noticed a couple days later that oil was still leaking from the car so I took it back again for the third time. This time they said the oil gasket was leaking so they changed it for us. The next day I noticed it was still leaking and has continued to leak since. They were very nice except the last time I called the manager seemed a little annoyed so I have not taken it back but my car is still leaking oil. I was a regular customer at this station and never had a problem before but this has been a bad experience. read more

I was passing through on the 215 and needed to stop for gas. The Mobil on Newport Road seemed like a good place to stop since it was fairly close off the exit. The yellow plastic bags indicating about half the gas pumps were out of service should have been a clue to go elsewhere, but I figured the rest of the pumps should be working. The first gas pump I tried read my card and seemed like it started to fill so I went inside to use the bathroom. When I returned the gas pump had filled about 50 cents worth of gas in my car. The pump was still running, I tried stopping and restarting it to no avail. I moved on to the next pump. The second pump I tried also read my credit card, and again it started filling my gas tank up. It was faster than the first pump I tried, but after about 5 minutes the gas pump had only pumped about 3 gallons of gas in my van. By this point my kids were getting restless and I gave up out of frustration. Luckily I had enough gas to get home with our stopping again. What a frustrating experience. Recommend anyone stop at another gas station. (Hopefully Exxon/Mobil) will read this. read more

As a current employee all i can say about this place is to save yourself a headache and time go somewhere else the pumps never work becuase they need to be upgraded managment is poor and rotten from the top down all this establishment cares is about getting your hard earned money from you once they have it its next customer please amd i know this becuse thats what we are told to do from the pumps not working properly becuase managment and the owners are too cheap to do the repairs and upgrades needed and have been told about on multiple occasions to the mice and rat infestations they refuse to acknowledge exist an do anything about yes i said there is mice and rats its disgusting not even the county health department can change anything they rather pay the fines than fix the issue do yourself a huge favor avoid the headache save yoursefl time amd money read more

The VIP wash for $15.99 apparently only applies if your vehicle is the size of a smart car or Mini. My Hyundai Tuscon that can fit in a compact parking spot was deemed "large vehicle" so they charged me $2.00 extra. When I asked why, I was told that any time they needed a step ladder to reach the top, they charge extra. LAME. I won't be back. read more

Never completely satisfied. Always seems to only be a "ho-hum" job. Always have to have them touch stuff up. They do not pay close attention to details and sometimes car will sit in the sun dripping wet while numerous workers are attending to a single vehicle. Shame is this is the only place in town without going to Temecula. read more

Most inconvenient gas station I've ever been to. Their pumps never work. I'm constantly having to come inside to pay for my gas.

I brought my SUV here to have it detailed. I really wanted the inside completely scrubbed out and they did a good job. A little on the pricier side for what I had done but at least I didn't have to do it myself. Don't forget to tip the workers! :) read more

I have taken my car here a few times and they do not do a thorough vacuuming and you waste time having to get it redone. They also do not wipe down the inside of the car with any attention to detail. I'm not super picky but Not worth the $20 read more

Stopped here to get my oil changed. Service manager took my info and oil type. I went inside to wait. He comes to find me just a few minutes later and says that they can't do an oil change because the drain plug is stripped. He said that it looked like the last person to tighten it torqued it too far and stripped the plug. This was suspect to me, since I'd only had the oil changed on my one owner car at the Chevy dealership during the entire time I've had the car. They know what size wrench to use. I crawled under the car to take a closer look... and it had been stripped alright. was shiny like it just happened and in the direction of someone trying to loosen the bolt using the wrong size wrench. It doesn't take a genius to figure out they lied about the bolt and didn't want to deal with it. Not going back to a dishonest business. Integrity Matters. read more

I just had my car wash at the Mobil Car wash on Newport Rd in Menifee. They keep raising the prices and lowering the quality of their service/car wash. I asked them to vacuum rear of my SUV, they didn't but they charged me $2. more because it was an SUV. After I jumped in and started driving away, I noticed the windows looked like they wiped them with dirty rugs, a couple not at all inside. I'm waiting for the competition to open across the street. I should have just stopped at the new Chevron self-service wash for what they did here. They supposedly charged for senior wash buy if that is the case, they have taken another 20% raise, so they could do an AWFUL job. read more

I usually go to Hospitality Car Wash in Temecula, which does an amazing job; however, today I was short on time and decided to get my car cleaned at the Mobil car wash that I have passed many times before. After I heard my car honk, I walked up to the car to find the driver's side slower part of the car filled with dirt and water spots. When I said something to the guy cleaning it he said, "umm yeah". The manager was right behind us and told him to try cleaning it with some kind of clear spray, which did not work; really all it did was spear the dirt around more. The manager then walked by and tried to help him, but it did not work with whatever spray he was using. Every time I have been to Hospitality they have cleaned off the water spot on that side of the car for the same price I paid these guys. I informed the manager and he said , "We have the cleaner, but it is $79" I told him that it was okay, I would just not being coming back here again. He then asked me to take my car to the car wash in Temecula and if I brought it back clean he would refund me my money. I was not asking for a refund I just wanted my car to be cleaned and was expecting more then what I got. I told him why would I drive my car to Temecula if I was short on time and came there in the first place. He then said look I have the stuff to clean it and pulled out a bottle of a pink creamy solution and cleaned a tiny spot, which did work. I told him, well I don't know if that is what they use on the car, but Hospitality has always cleaned it for the same price I paid you guys and as I said I am not driving to Temecula to prove it to you. I just wont be coming back. He then started to argue with me about it, so I told him look I am not going to argue about it. I then asked to see the guy who was cleaning the car and gave him a five dollar tip, which is usually my starting tip and told him I know it is not your fault and I appreciate your cleaning the car. Even not considering the dirt and water spot on the lower part of the car; they did not do a good job. After I got home and inspected the car there was spots all over the car and the car was not completely vacuumed out. Surely I don't recommend and I would never go back again. read more

fraudulent oil change. after starting service on my Kia Sorrento, they claimed I had a "special" oil filter that costs an extra $10. keep in mind this car is nothing special and ive changed the oil now 10 times already. Magically they just ate that cost. these guys are liars, stay away. read more
