I had to take my car to another shop the very next day, only to find out that my oil pan had been cracked during the service. As a result, I had to pay for a completely new oil pan and another oil change expenses I should never have had to deal with. To make matters worse, I've called the shop 7 times trying to get this addressed, and not once has anyone answered. The lack of accountability and communication is just as frustrating as the damage itself. This situation was not only inconvenient but also costly and stressful. An oil change is one of the most basic services, and damaging a major component like the oil pan is unacceptable. I trusted this location with my vehicle, and instead, I ended up with a bigger problem than I came in with. Overall, I'm extremely disappointed and frustrated with this experience. A couple of years ago, the location became a Strickland Brothers franchise, but the same manager was still there, and that's what mattered to us. The service and professionalism we valued remained consistent. Yesterday, all of that changed. The usual manager was not there, and instead the person who claimed to be in charge was rude, condescending, and disrespectful. I won't get into the details of our exchange, but the young man's tone was confrontational and completely unprofessional. It actually hurts me to write this review because I value the places I frequent and I am a loyal customer. This was my "for sure" place -- the place where I knew I would get results, great service, and leave satisfied. Unfortunately, that trust is now gone, and I will be looking for a new place to service my car. It's disappointing that a place we trusted for years could lose a loyal customer because of one unprofessional employee. It matters

An actual Jeep/Mopar filter is only $6.99. I'm not sure the oil was even changed looking at that drain plug. Never going back there.
