I have been here twice for my last two oil changes. Both times the service was quick. The real reason for the 5 stars is the customer service that I received. Everyone was very welcoming and two different employees held open the door for me while entering/exiting the wait room. That was a nice little touch that goes a long way. This place is under new management - I think! I usually avoid JL's because of a show I saw on DateLine or 20/20. But, my oil change was way overdue. I've tried several different places over the past year, and just couldn't find one that I like. For me, "liked" means good customer service and not feeling like I was ripped off. The guys (and woman) working here were so polite, friendly, customer focused, and just all around good guys. I'm always so blown away when I get good customer service, because it seems to be so rare these days. I was in and out in 15 minutes. I had my oil changed, filters changed, coolant changed. We've NEVER had a problem with the car for years!!!! We went back for them to check just in case a plug was not put back in, but no they kept denying it and kept making excuses!!! We pulled up and thought they were closed because no one was there but the staff actually were getting ready for the day. Great service - quick in and out, my car runs wonderfully they vacuumed the front and the backseat of my minivan and actually put the mileage sticker in the window. You'd be surprised how many places forget to put the mileage sticker in your window .We were also treated to a complimentary car wash at the carwash next-door as long as we showed our receipt. Went there for an oil change, nothing else. I was quoted a price of $41.99. Okay...a little pricey but I didn't feel waiting 2 or 3 hours at Pep boys for a $20.00 oil change. Boy was that was a mistake. They got me in and out in about a half hour, that was great!...I paid my bill with a credit card and left. When I got home I read my receipt. They charged me $5.99 for an extra quart of oil...if I had a 6 quart capacity that would be fine, but I have a 5 quart capacity. Then I look down the list, and she also charged me another $4.99 for antifreeze when I told her NO, I have my own in the back of my van. So they tried to charge me $11.00 more for my oil change. I hope those of you who have gotten or will get an oil change there, you read your receipt. Needless to say, they have lost credibility with me, and I well no longer go there. read more

Dont EVER take your car here! they jacked up my 2007 Chrysler Aspen . Me and my grandmother went here on a sunday for the first time because Mancaris was closed so we stopped here and a young woman approached me and my grandmother and we told her what we needed, we just needed an oil change, so upon waiting for her to tell us a price her and these two other guys one tall skinny black dude wit classes and one old guy kept trying to get us to pay for all this other crap and we kept telling them no we just want an oil change, so the oil change came out to bout 60$ and some change (way too much for an oil change, Mancaris never charged that much) cause the girl said we need this special type of oil since we drive a truck, they saw two women walk in there and they took advanged! completely, while conducting a oil change they started messing with my tires putting air in them and on this one tire ( back left tire) the guy told me oh you need to change your vile cause its this and that, NEVER HAD A PROBLEM with any off my tires prior, they were done there working and messing with that tire for a good 6mins doing god knows what cause they sure in the hell didnt. so after they were done Messing up my truck 3 days after they had supposedly put air in my tires i had a tire blow out on that same LEFT BACK TIRE they was messing with for a long time on the express way, almost got into an accident but by the grace of god i was ok i was able to pull over and call Triple A. Then my "check engine" light came on and "check tire" lights came on .. ALL THIS happened after i had those 3 dummies working on my car. NEVER AGAIN and thanks to them i had to take my car into the chrysler dealership to get worked on and come to find out Jiffy Lube put the wrong oil in my tank and they jacked up my tire, i guess they were mad cause i wasnt trying to spend more money with them then i had too.. and that was another large unnecessary bill i had to pay to the dealership but atleast i know they there professional. If i had the time i would sue Jiffy Lube for the near death experience i endured and all the money they caused me. NEVER EVER WILL THESE PEOPLE GET MY SERVICE , i told friends and family members about this location and to never take their cars here cause they will definitely have you spending hundreds in damage fees. read more

What an awesome experience at this Jiffy Lube! I originally went to another one but they weren't courteous so I left. I stopped at this one and all the techs were so professional and polite. They understood that my car hadn't been maintained for awhile and didn't judge. They just told me exactly what needed to be done and what is suggested to be done. No hard selling, which I appreciated and I will be back next week to follow up with some other services they recommended. Stili was so nice and helpful and I can't wait to recommend them to others.
