Bad experience! Spent 50 minutes not 15,listening to Patrick an employee be a crab because their oil pump was malfunctioning. The manager Robert never came out of his office to check on the situation,finally they manually put oil in the car,that should have been done sooner than later. First time ever going to a Jiffy Lube. I normally go to a car dealership where I spend 3 hours normally just waiting while their are a bunch of cars being serviced ahead of me bundled in a decent price package. They couldn't service my needs and Jiffy Lube was there. When I came here, I was happy to know they had Drive Thru oil changes and they were open Sundays which does so much for my hectic time schedule. Sure, you'll wait a bit but it's overall way faster than waiting a few hours from a car dealership. Service is more pricier but I was in and out in under 30 minutes! I can't complain about that. Service men were friendly. Great service! I would highly reccomend going there again! read more

Ozzie and his team are always so nice, efficient, communicative, informative, and honest! I come here over going to the dealer any day because they are so upfront about what is going on with your car and I trust that they aren't just trying to take money from me. I really appreciate all that you guys do, thank you! I have only needed oil changes for my car luckily, but every time I go, I am in and out in about 30 minutes. Perhaps it's due to the time that I go (early Saturday morning), but I never wait long to get serviced. Actually, every time I pull up, someone comes outside, hears what I want done, and has me pull in immediately. Overall, I am happy for the price that I have paid and even happier with the service received. The manager José at this Jiffy Lube is EXTREMELY MEAN!!!!! Especially to a specific new older employee, he was NOT patient at all with him and also seen him being really mean to customers. He was mean to me at first but I set him straight before he thought he could have that kind of attitude with me. Someone needs to let him know that he HAS to have more patience when it comes to customer service and when it comes to training new workers, you also need patience because not everyone learns at the same pace. This is my Jiffy Lube! I was overdue for an oil change, so I haven't been here for a few months and when I came today I was greeted by Alyssa, the new manager. There were a few cars in line ahead of me, which was fine, but she walked up to my car and let me know they were short staffed, but that I would be seen in 15 minutes. Did an oil change not long ago and my car just broke down. The engine is shot because there was no oil in the car. The dipstick was bone dry. I put two qts of oil in and no leak. Had to get the car towed to a mechanic who agreed. Engine shot and the only oil that came out was the 2 clean qts I had put in the night before. Called Jiffy Lube to explain (perfectly calm, not screaming or demanding, cuz I know what some people are like, and because I assumed we'd be able to work something out) what the mechanic told me and he goes to explain to the team lead. Didn't put me on hold or anything which was nice because I got to hear him call me "this jackass" as he explained the situation. The lead said he had already chastised the employee which was not true cuz it was only seconds before and I could hear the whole conversation. Then they said they would have to email their manager and never called back and closed for the day. I don't know what they did, but there's no way my 2005 Focus used up all of its oil in under 500 suburban miles when there's no sign of leakage or anything else wrong according to the mechanic. I've gone to Jiffy Lube for years despite their reputation. Also never written a Yelp review but didn't appreciate my treatment so here we are. Don't trust them to do a job. And don't trust them to make it right afterwards. Basically paid them $40 to break my car and call me a jackass and not return my call. Update: After complaining a dozen different ways and reaching out to corporate, who set up a third party inspection on my car, I was then left a message that there was an update on my ticket and I should call them back. After calling back immediately and leaving a message with my ticket # and phone number, I then called 10 times over the next 24 hours and left 2 more messages, with no response. Which resulted in my needing to spend more money to store my car while I waited to hear the results of their inspection. If you're the kind of person to check Yelp on a Jiffy Lube, you're already discriminating enough of a consumer to know that you shouldn't take your car to this or any other Jiffy Lube. Save yourself the gray hairs, headaches, money, and car and go literally anywhere else. NEVER AGAIN. read more
