I Love the Lady Clerk, I do not know her name, but she is a blessing to me. I was almost out of gas, and I didn't know the station closed at 10pm, I pulled up at 10.07pm and she was getting on her bike, she got off of her bike went back inside and waited until I pumped my gas and made sure that was all I needed. I live in Fresno, and I was headed home. God bless her for having a heart for the people. She didn't have to allow me too, but I am so glad she did. Ever since I started driving for Über I used a specific grade of gas from Chevron, but their prices skyrocketed so I had no choice but to seek out a better value (Esp when your landlord increases your rent!). This one I a block away and conveniently located in my way to work and there are several business food or grocery amenities surrounding it. The United States of America is made up from immigrants of all walks of life. Some came here to escape religious persecution. Others were brought against their will and enslaved. Most came to realize the dream of a better life for themselves and their children. Ours is a nation of beautiful diversity. These thoughts came to my mind today while putting air into my flat tire. My car experienced a flat today and I called Valero to inquire if their air pump was functioning. A nice man answered the phone and said it was working well. Upon arrival I went inside to get change for the air pump. The man recognized me from the phone, refused to take money and simply turned the machine on for free. Another patron outside helped me fill my tire and even inflated it to the proper pressure. If it weren't for the limited time to get my car to the dealership, I would have tried out their Mexican tacos and treats. The friendliness, kindness and generosity I experienced makes me grateful to live in a nation of immigrants. This is not to discredit native Americans at all. They were the first to discover the beauty and magnificence of North America. read more

Great prices, great service, nice clean station, new owners, Staff and management. Nice turn around to the old place. They have pans, Mexican cakes fresh Every morning from a local bakery. Great gourmet Coffee. Try the cafe de ola, Mexican coffee! They also carry Mexican and Salvadorian pastries and chips as well. They have Flan, and other desserts to have after the tacos or tortas next door. The prices on the drinks is cheaper and much colder here than at the taco or torta place. An air pump open before 8 am in working order that doesn't require a gas purchase? Great! A quarter stuck in the pay slot? Oh no! But the cashier turned it on for me w/o question. Also I needed to fill all 4 tires and didn't have the instinct to step down on the hose, so I struggled to finish and had to ask her to turn it on again - she did. A guy in the lot took pity on me after watching me keystone kops through the first 3 and filled the last tire, with an emphatic step on the hose. I bought a drink and snack thinking it'd easily cover the cost. It barely did - for one turn at the pump ($1.50). What is this place? (Well - busy by 7:30 am. this store couldn't give me my money back for some probay i bought they said i could only exchange it for another item but all the probay they got there is fake dont know where they get their clothes from but its not legit like in other places in redwood . check the quality before you buy something here cause they wont refund you. read more

Not only are the gas prices better than the other stations nearby, the store has a ton of good drinks and snacks. The Mexican pastries are awesome! Plus the taco spot next door is the bomb. Cheap tacos and cheap gas...can't beat it read more
