I paid by apple pay and started using the pump and I know my car - I've had it for 10 years now so I know when it hits 12 gallons that it's done. However, the pump kept going and it freaked me out when it overflowed, wouldn't latch off, and kept going. I had to yank it off my car and watch as a GASOLINE spilled all over. And judging from the wet appearance of the ground it looks like I wasn't the first one this happened to. Thank god for the kind folks who asked if I was okay and quickly prompted me to yank the pump off and asked if I was okay. I was definitely shaken because all the employee did was put a cone on it. HE SHOULD HAVE PUT AN OUT OF ORDER SIGN AT LEAST LIKE WTF. All in all, it was incredibly sketch for Menlo Park... I ended up paying way more even after yanking the pump out. Overall: -10000000/10. DONT COME HERE.

This is a very convenient gas station that I have used for several years. Have consistently experienced good service. They checked out the situation and didn't have the part I needed, but since I needed to drive a few hours that evening and couldn't wait for them to order what I needed, they called around until they found a shop that could help me out and made me an appointment. Within an hour and a half, my car was good to go. I'm really grateful for their kind and generous help even though I didn't end up being a paying customer.

So I grab a pellegrino and I realized I couldn't find my card. I went through my front seats and noticed my card had fallen through that space between the seat and console. I took no longer than a minute. I come back and "bob" is all flustered and clearly annoyed. He tells me "most people dole take five minutes to look for their card" .. what kind of service is this? So I couldn't find my card. Didn't take five minutes and even if I t did...needless to say, I didn't end up buying gas and I won't in the future.
