Everyone i spoke to there was very nice and thoroughly listened to me, while also providing me information on what needed to be done. They quoted me a price and that was what I paid, they didn't try to get me to do anything more. On my first visit they also noticed a nail in my tire and put some air in it as it was extremely low and i didn't realize. Thankfully a discount tire is just down the street. If you need to drop your car off they also have a great shopping plaza nearby to kill some time while you wait. If you are looking for a new shop, id recommend giving them a try. He quoted the repairs accurately and stayed on track with the promised timeline. I've returned a couple times to double check some noises but they turned out to be unrelated to the engine rebuild (it was loose exhaust lines) and James did not charge me anything for the two inspections. I usually handle my own oil changes myself, but at the time I didn't have my tools with me, so I decided to bring my vehicle here instead -- and I'm glad I did. Richard (owner) gave me a quote and helped me schedule the oil change. During that oil change, Cole (one of the mechanics) noticed that my shocks were leaking, which was causing uneven tire wear. I truly appreciated his keen eye and honesty in pointing it out. Because of his heads-up, I went to the Jeep dealership and was able to get the shocks replaced under warranty -- something I likely would have missed until it was too late and no longer covered. More recently, I returned to have my start/stop battery replaced to clear a caution light, and once again the experience was smooth and professional. Their pricing is reasonable, the quality of work is solid, and they get your car ready quickly without cutting corners. It's hard to find auto shops you feel comfortable trusting, but Mission Auto Repair has definitely earned my repeat business. Highly recommend.
