I tried to reach our usual mechanic who is Bob's up the street. He apparently had an accident and was unavailable at his location. Several people recommended Jay's and I was extremely grateful that he was able to take me with short notice and diagnose the problem. His knowlege, customer service and honesty is beyond what we've come to expect to get in the real world. He's hired very competent mechanics that show pride in their job. I moved to this area earlier this year from Murrieta, where I was a customer of the Ramona Tire there for many years. This May, I needed to replace the squeeking brakes on my 2023 Silverado 1500 pickup. I researched and purchased a top of the line brake kit consisting of rotors and pads and I needed them installed. I initially spoke with Mosey on the phone and he was more than happy to perform the labor for the premium brake kit I purchased. While in for service I also had them change the fluid in my front and rear differentials and flush & fill my radiator cooling system. I was beyond happy with the price and quality of work they performed. Two months later I took my pickup back to Mosey and had his stellar crew install a lift kit, new front coilover shocks, rear shocks, new tires & wheels and they aligned the front end. This was a major improvement to the pickups ride and handling. Their workmanship was superb, which is why I will continue to go back to them. In both instances the jobs were completed on time and the price was more than fair.
