I am always so impressed by this place. They are always the least expensive, quickest service, super friendly, and no BS. Considering I'm a woman who knows nothing about cars it would be super easy to take advantage of me but they're always under cutting the competition and charging me half what any other place would. For example, they thought my air conditioning system was going to cost $1500 to replace both sides but they knocked it down to $750 including my oil change. I am a happy 1st time customer while I didn't see any Covid-19 precautions. My car has been taken care of, everyone was polite and accommodating, wait time was minimal, price was reasonable. I just wonder how the team protects them selves and their customers from Covid-19. I would had been much more comfortable if I saw the team wearing masks & gloves and use hand sanitizer before and after touching potentially exposed surfaces. I would have felt completely safe if the technician got my permission to use an electrostatic disinfectant sprayer (such as is being used on airplanes) before and after the technician needed to enter my car. My check engine light came on. Took the car to these guys and they checked out all the codes it was giving and even installed new sensors on the car. Everything looked good and was working fine, but the check engine light was still on. We determined that I'd have to tale it to a dealership to have them check out the computer system. Bottom line: these guys had my car for a few days and worked tirelessly to fix it, but, when they couldn't, they didn't charge me anything. I've never had such an amazing experience with a mechanic. My car is fine, they did everything they could, and ended up not charging me because they "weren't able to do what I asked them to." Definitely returning here if ever another problem arises. I have been taking my used BMW Z4 here for several years. Alex, Gustavo, and Christian have always been fair and honest. Because I "heard a new noise", I took my car in, and after checking it over, they said nothing was wrong!!! This is one of the very rare honest auto repair shops. They treated me so incredibly well. I can't thank them enough. I had taken it to another local shop "Ramona's Tires" that does auto repair and tires. They were going to way over charge me and they didn't check my car out like asked them to. Not only did Ocean Breeze do a great job on the valve cover teplacement they also caught another problem that would have damaged my engine. I am no mechanic, so I can't speak to the mechanical work. As far as the customer service, I am not impressed. They took a day longer than they stated, which would generally be fine if they had communicated with me. I called a total of 5 times over the span of 2 days in which they did not answer the phone. We took our daughters car to be repaired at this place 2 times. I should have learned after the first time when they fixed the wrong thing and then still charged us for the failed repair and then the proper fix.
