We told them our dog didn't like getting his hair cut and to only take out the knots, which we thought was going to be only cutting that part of the hair that other grooming places have done in the past. However, this was not the case; they gave me my dog with big bald spots that were completely shaved, and I could see his skin. They charged me $100 just for a bath, the knots and cutting his nails, in which I wouldn't complain if they had done a good job.
