After finally confirming that Joshua will be coming, he showed up 4 hours late than scheduled. He told me he has 10 years experience, well his workmanship sure didn't show that. He's just all talk. He said he can do the job and it was done so poorly that when I showed it to other mobile guys they were shocked at his poor work. The area he and his assistant did is still wavy and he got overspray on other areas of the car. They then told me to have it detailed and it will be buffed out and blended... NOT. I got into a minor accident but front frame did need to be pulled and also the hood was pushed and needed to be repulled back into place. I stumbled upon a minor scratch on my car that was bothering me and I wanted it to be fixed ASAP since I wanted my car to look perfect at all times. HIRE THIS MAN! I had a mini that was dinged and scratched up here and there, and it was time to turn it in for the end of my lease. I can't explain just how thankful I am for finding Steven! I got into a accident with my girlfriend's car and wanted to cover everything out of pocket. As a college student, this was a tough task for me. I called Steven and set up an appointment for him to go out and repair the other party's vehicle in which I hit. I had sent him pictures of the damage and he gave me a MORE then reasonable price. Unfortunately, the other party was very difficult to work with and came up with extra damages that would equal thousands of dollars for me to fix. I was out of town and was not able to be there to convince the other party to help me out and keep the $ amount as low as possible as I basically scratched and clawed to even come up with the initial estimate. Here is when Steven went out of his way to help me. He spent almost 2 hours to just come into an agreement with the other party and save me thousands of dollars. Next, he had me purchase the part and DID NOT charge me a single dollar for the labor. As we were speaking on the phone, this gesture of his brought tears to my eyes. A man that I have never met in person and only talked to a couple times on the phone is doing this for me and saving me upwards of two thousand dollars. Steven's kindness did not stop there. A job that was supposed to only take him 3 hours ended up taking more then 10 hours due to the additional fixes that Steven did in order to keep the other party happy. No words can truly describe the appreciation I have for what Steven did for me. As a college student, I simply would not have been able to pay for the additional damage. They didn't rush through it, instead, they took their time figuring out the best way to make my car look brand new again. Instead of doing the bare minimum, they also suggest using a different technique to fix it so when I hit bumps in the road again, it wouldn't crack so easily. I watched their whole painstaking process of applying fiberglass, sanding, adding more fiberglass, sanding, then primer and professionally sprayed it. DON'T DO IT!! Don't be naive the way I was by ignoring the bad review and listening to the 4 star rating, those are FALSE, and I learned the hard way. This "family business" is a scam. Requested a simple dent repair, told me they would arrive anywhere from 12-1pm, showed up at 430pm with no curtoursey call to inform us they would be late, we had to call/ text multiple times to see if they were still even coming. Dent gets fixed, they let us know we will also be needing a paint job as the "repair process" did not go as planned, told us we would not be charged since it was their fault and that they would return the next day as it was already well into the evening hours since they again showed up at 430. Next day is here, called in the morning to confirm time and place, rude woman on the phone said they would be here any time from 11-12pm...I am still waiting for them to show up THREE DAYS LATER. I have called multiple times, texted, no response. Completely ghosted. They'll take your money and leave you with an unfinished job only to go and pay more money to have it repaired somewhere else. Unfortunately, this was the worst experience I have ever had when dealing with any type of repairs on my vehicle. I had asked this company to fix the installation of my spoiler and they ended up scratching the trunk and damaging the paint job of the spoiler instead, leaving a loose screw within the trunk lid. I had been calling for several weeks to get them to fix the problems and finally was able to get a hold of them as their customer service is severely subpar. They asked me to drive to Covina twice (it's a home based business) from San Bernardino for their worker to fix the problems. On my last visit, the worker buffed out some paint from the spoiler making it worse and had started to fix his mistake by just painting over it, however the same person I had spoken to on the phone came out and spoke to him directly telling him to stop what he was doing and start on another project immediately, consequently sending me back home with a barely-started paint job on the spoiler. An even poorer work performance than what was done previously, not to mention the person that came out could not speak to me directly to apologize for the inconvenience or the work that had been performed. Due to their horrendous service and humiliation, I will never use this business again. A receipt was never provided after I constantly kept asking for one. As a business owner myself, I could not in good conscience recommend this business to anyone. I have been legally advised to send them an invoice for the damage they caused to my vehicle. read more
