I have a 7 year old and I'm not sure how she does it, but geez can she make a mess in my car. I have taken my car to have it detailed before where I sit for hours and when it's done I'm not really sure if it looks that much better than a standard wash. I got a deal on troopswap and was excited about getting our cars cleaned, I called Mobile Detailing Specialists to schedule an appointment and bummer, they were booked until mid May, which was a big problem for me, because we'll be moving before that! But a day later I got a call and they scheduled me for the next day! I can not tell you how happy that made me ;-). Glen gave me a call in the morning and showed up a few minutes early, which I like. He started work immediately and worked hard (2 kids, 2 dogs, do I have to say more?). OK review long over due. Had my F150 Detailed by Brendan about 3 weeks ago and the truck still looks great. FYI: I have owned the truck for approx 8 years and never had it detailed. It looks like a new truck, so now I am keeping it another few years! Booking was easy, and he even got me in at the last minute. Brendan came to my home, spent about 3 hours, and did a fantastic job. I have a dog that travels in the cab with me and the dog smell is gone. There has been two storms with plenty of rain for SD and the wax job has held up. I recommend Mobile Detailing Specialist 100%. I was getting so upset at the bird poop and sun damage on my car. It is only a year old and had tiny scratches all over it. Adam and Thaven made my car look like it just got off the showroom floor! The inside was covered in cat hair which is now gone. I had pebbles and dirt in areas I could not have cleaned myself. These two guys slaved in the hot sun until the inside was spotless! He answered all of my questions and was upfront about what he could and couldn't do. This could not be any more convenient! Brendan responded to my inquiry within 30 minutes, and scheduled an appointment for 8am the next day. Having him come to my house just made it so easy, and he did an incredible job on our Civic. I told him we were getting it detailed and prepped to sell it, and he even cleaned underneath the hood in case a potential buyer wanted to look under there. Updating my review as I promised I would... Brendan came back out and spent an additional 2 hours on my SUV in order to detail to the standard I originally expected. He admitted that the first job was not done as well as it should have been. It was a rush job as he had another appointment to get to. So he spent 21/2 hours the first time and then came back for an additional 2 hours a few days later. I'd probably give them somewhere between 3-4 stars because of the initial job not done to expectations and also having to give up another morning without my vehicle... In the end, it does look good, just wish it didn't take such effort to get there... read more

We recently purchased a new car. We already had a '95 sedan and a 2009 SUV-both with significant mileage, but well maintained. And, of course, all three cars are painted black. We wanted to find someone to thoroughly detail our older cars and put a protective finish on the new one. Based on Brendan's reviews, we chose him. Brendan let us know when he was arriving, showed up on time and brought both older cars back to as close to new as one can get. If it's possible, he made the new car look even newer! His pricing is very reasonable, given the amount of close attention to detail he brings to the job, and we highly recommend him, regardless of your car's condition. Having Brendan detail your new car is an essential--it will keep the clear coat protected, and prevent damage to the interior. We intend to call him again in six months to service our cars. I had passed by other auto detailing deals from other companies b/c their reviews were so bad but when I checked out Mobile Detailing Specialists, they actually had good reviews. And I would say the reviews are right on. Making the appointment was easy and they seemed professional over the phone. Caleb came to detail my car and he was very pleasant and worked really hard. He spent about 2.75 hours doing my small SUV and really got in to the nooks and crannies on the inside and really made the leather shine. The outside is so shiny! I bought a *special* off of Amazon Local and when I finally called the very cheerful lady hesitated as she said the response was great but they were booked up for the next 6 weeks. I said *No problem* I'm currently not working and I'd be here whenever. - she went ahead and booked me for the soonest appt. and said if something came up sooner she would call. About a week later she called and said she had an opening in around a week if I was interested. The day of the appt. I was pleased to see the guy show up almost 15 minutes early. I went out to meet with him and gave him my keys and apologized for how bad the car was (I have two rabbits and take them to different events with a rabbit group I belong to) there was hay and alfalfa on the seats, in the carpet, and I had just brought my Christmas Tree home 2 days prior. T.J. was wonderful! I left him to do his *thing* and just a little more than an hour later he called me out to show me the finished car. I was amazed- I don't recall it looking this good when I drove off the car lot 1 1/2 years ago (used Honda) not only was the interior fantastic (clean smelling, no bunny fur, no alfalfa, shampooed carpets and no evidence that I'm a smoker!!) the outside of the car was amazing - the spots where the paint was oxidizing were restored to almost new. The car is just so clean and shining and I couldn't be more impressed and pleased!! i will be calling them again as well as telling my friends and anyone who asks about Mobile Detailing Specialists!!
