This review is long over due! Branden came on time the morning of servicing my car. He did an excellent job with my car detailing. Unfortunately the manufacture of my car had a bad paint that was wearing out. I thought my car was just dirty and it dulls the paint of my car. I initially contacted him for a quote through here and he got back to me within 20 minutes and after a couple of messages back and forth we booked the appointment. He texted the evening before to confirm, and then showed up right on time for the appointment. He was super nice and professional. My car is cleaner than it has ever been. It was $219 for my Subaru Outback and that includes more stuff inside and out than I even know or understand. :) He also strictly followed coronavirus protocol, wearing a mask the whole time and accepted payment via Venmo so all contactless. Brendan did a great job for me a while back, but went "over and above the call of duty" this weekend, when I had an emergency. Some weird sticky foam had been shot at my car (KIDS!!) and was all over the front. It was truly polka dotted for two days. I was scared that it would damage the paint, but he showed up within 72 hours and did a killer job making my pretty blue Tesla look like new again. I purchased a coupon for $89 for a $219 car detail on BuyWithMe.com for my BMW 330i that was long overdue for a solid detail. When I called for the appointment the next available time was a solid 2 1/2 weeks away. Luckily, someone had cancelled that day and the nice lady was able to squeeze me in the same day. This was pretty cool and I was stoked they were able to do that. I live downtown and this is a bit out of the range of the company, although I was able to pay $25 extra for them to come to my location. When I spoke with the woman on the phone she mentioned that it took around 2-hours to complete the detail and that the "guys" were in another location doing a detail. First I thought this was a really quick detail for a $219 list price, but with 2-people maybe they work it really fast. When it came time for the detail, there was only one guy that showed up. He was on time, but I was expecting 2 guys for the job if it was so quick. I was pretty rushed so I couldn't ask him a lot of specifics about the work he was about to perform. He was friendly and informed me that he'd call me in about 2 hours when the work was done. Ok, I thought, 2-hours then let's see what he can do. Around 1 hour 45 minutes later I got a phone call that he was wrapping up the detail. This was faster than I had anticipated. Eagerly, I walked out to my car to check out the job. When I first saw the car it looked good and you could tell that it had been waxed and the interior was worked good. The car mats were vacummed and shampooed, vents were dusted and the dash completely cleaned. My leather was cleaned pretty well and it looked good on the inside. The interior of my car is already in pretty good shape anyhow, what I really was interested in was the exterior. I have a white car and if you look closely at the paint you can see a lot of "microspecs" caused by trees, dust and smog. Immediately I went for a close up and saw a reduced amount of specs, but it wasn't up to my expectations. I could still use my finger to swipe away these specs with a few rubs. I also noticed some obvious places that were missed such as the part above the license plate and below the trunk latch. It still had dust and dirt on it. This is most likely due to a rushed job. The rims and tires looked cleaned nicely. The windows were not as good as I had expected. When I went home I could see specs when the sun hit the glass that were obviously missed. There looked to be one or two layers of wax on the car that provided a nice shine. Overall, for the price I paid: $89 for the coupon, $25 for the driving, $35 for the tip = ~$140 - $150 range feels like I paid full-price rather than getting a "deal". I've bought a few details from various mobile detailing places around the county and most spend on average 3+ hours and often come with more than one person. Those details average around $210 dollars without tip, but this detail I supposedly bought was worth $219 dollars. There's no way I'd pay that full-price for this same deal and if I had I would probably complain about the quality for the price. Personally, I don't think the company should advertise a coupon like that on the web without backing it up. I got an average detail for an average price that's why I gave it 3-stars. read more

Given my car is always well kept up, I still had some major things to get cleaned in my car; such as the vents, side of seats and compartments that needed extra attention at most. I don't remember who I spoke with initially to set up my appointment but she was polite and worked with my schedule. (I LOVED that they used the GroupOn on Saturday's, since I work Mon-Fri) The appointment was month after, but now, not so disappointed it took a long while to set a date (a month). Quote: Good things happen to those who wait. My appointment Saturday came. Did some errands before heading home and waiting for a call. Appointment Time: 1PM came up and I got no call. I'm not the type of person to get angry, but with my last GroupOn Mobile Detailing ditching on me, I was worried the same would happen. I left a message with the office asking if something happened or if I could get a call back (nobody picked up). 1:15 PM came, and I get a call from Mike. He's already at my house! crap. Super fast! (Not on time, but I understand travel/lunch/running over time to get other customer's done, no problem) Go outside to meet with Mike. Confused at first, asked if he was Mike, and I asked him how long it's going to take. He said probably around 2.5 hours. Cool. I was gonna take a nap anyways! =) 1:30 PM: I get a call from the office saying they got my message. I then told them Mike was already cleaning my car and laughed and said thanks for calling back though (with a smile). 2 hours passed. Still not done. Holy crap! 2.5 hours passed. Is he almost done? 3 hours passed. I get a call. He's done! Go outside. Didn't really go over the details (understandable since he probably had to rush over to his next appointment), but I was seriously in AWE. My car looked like I just brought it home from the dealership. I couldn't have asked him for anything better. I'm not the usual type to go to the same business, but I think this may be the business I call in about 6 months to a year for another detail. This past week, I finally bit the bullet and scheduled my car to get detailed. I had recently scraped against a wall, leaving a large smudge of white paint along the bumper. I got a quote at a bumper specialist for $300 and a full day in the shop for reprinting the whole thing. I thought I would try something else.... I called Mobile Detailing Specialists after reading so many positive Yelp reviews. I was beyond impressed! Brendan arrived at my office promptly at 8:30. He immediately walked me throu what he would be doing and what I could expect. 2.5 hours later, one of my coworkers let me know that my car was done and looked new. When I was able to look at the car when he was done, I was not disappointed. In fact, I was so impressed. The white paint was gone. The hand wax was perfect and every console and carpet looked brand new. I have two small and messy kids....My car is 7 years old and after the detail, feels fabulous. The next day, I got an email from the office to make sure I was pleased with the results. Absolutely! A group of my coworkers will be getting monthly service soon based on the results of my car. I can not believe the amazing job Mike did on my car. That thing was dirty. Like, 7 years of multiple trips across the country, living in the mountains, moving from state to state, parking directly under trees and bushes dirty. It has seen every type of cleat, boot, board, storm, sap and terrain. Michael was able to make a battered and beaten down 12 year old car look almost new. His effort was incredible, he took the time to make everything perfect on what happened to be the 2nd hottest day of the summer. These guys are fantastic. Good communication with Kathy in setting up the appointment via e-mail and phone. I canceled my first appointment since it looked like it was going to rain and was able to set me up an appointment the following week. Ended up slightly sprinkling when he was washing the car but not a problem. I was at work going from meeting to meeting and checked on him a little bit before he was finished, I took a quick glance telling him it looked good. However, after work I inspected the vehicle and noticed that: the exterior rubber trimming had not been dressed, the interior did not look dressed (looked very clean but not dressed), the left wheel still had a little bit of brake dust and a little soda residue left on the back seat. Not what I was expecting for a $200 detail even though I got the $89 groupon deal, I assume the service should be the same. It definitely looked clean but not quiet detailed. I called Kathy the next day and she sent the guy out again. This time he got it and now it looks like it was really detailed! I appreciate them fixing the issue promptly. Some places once they have your money and there is an issue they put you at the back of the list, I definitely appreciate how she handled the issue. read more

I bought a Groupon for Mobile Detailing Specialists--and was really pleased with the experience and the results. I've had really spotty luck with Groupon/LivingSocial detailing offers but this place is legit (finally!) First of all the scheduling was really painless. With multiple other places I have dealt with after deals like these have run you can't get an appointment anywhere or often even reach someone. This place had a real person doing scheduling--that I only had to call once--imagine that. The guy came at the time scheduled and the car took the exact amount of time they said it would take. That might be a first ever for me for a detail company. Usually they tend to quite frustratingly play fast and loose with their calendars and are wholly unreliable. Not this place. The finished result was great. He went over all the interior door panels, seats, gauges, etc., and everything was looking and smelling great. The paint, which is all I ever really expect/damand will be well done with these things--looked as good as it is capable of. Overall just a flawless service. I jumped on a deal for these guys, but I'd probably pay the full price again in the future just because I was so impressed with how they did business (and so UN-impressed with so many of the other places in the same business of late). Easy five-stars from me...though I have to say I almost blew a groin getting in my car after it was finished. I have those composite weatherproof floormats in my car and they were so shiny and slick I slid all the way to my transmission gettting in! They look great though... :P read more

I must say that it was one of the best decisions I have made. Kathy was very friendly and all around awesome. She worked with me to find a day that would fit my hectic schedule. I purchased a yelp deal & didn't make using It a priority-- Until, of course, I saw it had been nearly a year since I purchased the deal & it expired in a couple days... At which point they didn't have any openings that week but they scheduled it at the next available time & honored the coupon despite it being expired. If that wasn't enough, you should have seen my car. She had dirt in her veins. One could never tell now though.
