He re-touched a very used white loveseat and matching chair for me that had tiny black hairlines almost everywhere on the seats and arms due to loss of color from wear and sun exposure. My 18-year-old Arizona Leather sectional was a complete disaster, and almost out the door, when I found I couldn't replace it for under $12K. Years of daily use, children, their friends, pets, etc. left it discolored, stained, cracked and blackened in one corner where our Puggle slept. Research and due diligence led to Mobile LeatherPro of the four leather restoration companies I contacted. Ross, the owner, scheduled an appointment to view it and arrived promptly. I handed him a file with the original documents and brochure to show how it should look, and the sad reality. He was knowledgeable, professional and straitforward in his assessment, time required and price [very reasonable]. I truly believed it was beyond help, but he said it could be saved, and we scheduled for the following week. Again, he was prompt, very organized and neat with his supplies and work area he set up on the patio. He was quiet, consistent and efficient, and spent sufficient time on each section to elevate it to his high standard. The first cushion made me a believer. The finished sectional looks, and feels, brand new. I'm still amazed after six months when I see it and realize it's the same piece. The matching storage ottoman was scheduled for donation when I asked Ross if he could work his magic on it. His quote was very fair and agreed to return the following evening to complete the set. Ross is a true skilled professional at what he does, having done leather repair for over 31 years. His prices were very fair and the work done was quality. We purchased a used car and needed the leather interior on the rear right door panel repaired and painted. Ross made it 99% like new. No one will ever be able to tell there was damage except for me, my wife, and Ross. It's an amazing repair job. I was initially a little skeptical as the pictures on Yelp looked so good but he deserves all the rave reviews he has on here. The paint color is identical and Ross matched it exactly through years of practice. The one thing I would caution is that he's a small independent business owner, so his schedule can get busy (a sign that he's good!). If you work with him on scheduling, he will do his best to fit you in. Also, he can get lost in his work (he's *very* detailed) and can get behind schedule. 2001 Minivan seats look amazing! It's still a 17-year-old but the seats don't look a day over ten. Yes the punctuality issue others mentioned is real. But I work from home; his mobile service is super convenient, and I didn't need the van so it wasn't a problem. I don't think this repair is going to last because of how damaged the seats were to begin with but it looks great now, and I'm going to cover the seats to protect the life they have left.
