Requested a quote early in the week and Ross told me he'll try and squeeze me in if he has a job nearby. He came all the way down to my neck of the woods which is way down south. Down south that TJ is a hop, jump, and skip away. Ross saw the tiny hole in the passenger front seat and immediately went to work. No messing around from him. I think Ross did a fabulous job cleaning my upholstery and trying to match the color of my recliner. He took his time detailing the leather and I am really happy with the result. I initially called to have my leather seat repaired. Ross did what he could, but the tear was a little too big to repair permanently. He was able to patch it however and didn't charge me the full amount. I also had an issue regarding the flaking of my window trim where the chrome was being exposed. He said he could touch it up with some spray paint right there on the spot. In less than 1 hour, he was finished. It looks much better now. Will definitely give Ross a call again for these types of repairs. He does solid work and the convenience factor is really a plus. read more

I have a leather couch, loveseat, and chair. Both the couch and loveseat were showing signs of wear on the arms and backs. The couch had a nasty stain on it from some combination of hairspray, water, and a failed attempt at do-it-yourself-leather-cleaning by yours truly. I had an aging Pottery Barn sofa in black that I loved but my cats had spent a lot of time on. There weren't so many scratches as lots of punctures where they jumped off the top of it, but it was bad enough I was embarrassed. Ross took a look at it and offered me two options: a less expensive option and a more expensive (and time consuming) option. He didn't pressure me at all, and explained exactly what he would do in each instance. I went with the more detailed and thorough repair which entailed many hours of sanding, filling, buffing, etc. But the results were fantastic. Saw the yelp reviews on Ross... dead on....had him repair an 8 ft leather sofa and the drive side of my bmw convertible. To me they both look brand new. If I looked closer I might find something that was not just perfect but near as I can tell they look brand new. My 1970s chair looks great and the color matches the original very well, which is impressive because it's a very unusual orange/red/salmon color.
