My water pressure was checked at 100 psi, which Tom told me was extremely high. We discussed having a water pressure regulator installed for $600. Two weeks later, Tom returned for another possible water leak in the hall bathroom toilet. Tom fixed that problem and checked my water pressure with a new water pressure gauge, and this time, my water pressure was at 70 psi. Tom was sincere and told me I didn't need the regulator installed. He could've told me it was still high and that he would have to install a regulator, and instead, he lost money but saved me money!
