I asked for a report confirming the windshield calibration had been completed and was sent to a location in El Monte. After sitting in traffic for almost an hour to get there, I checked in and the people at the location had no idea who I was or why I had been sent there. Marco then called me and explained that the person I needed had already left and that I would now need to go to another location. I was told I could go to ANOTHER location on Saturday, so I messaged Marco the day before asking for the address. He never responded. It is now Saturday and I still have not received the location or the calibration report I originally requested.
