I went right to Best Buy and bought the card that Dan told me (although I spent more $$, I wanted it to work the day it was installed). Needless to say, my camera's are still not recording. When I get in my vehicle, it tells me that I have to turn off Apple Car Play to record. That doesn't sound right. Plus, I don't believe the SIM card is formatted correctly since nothing has been recorded. I took the cameras down until I was able to go by the shop and ask Dan. I stopped by today and I was told he couldn't help me. It was a 2 week wait to get in. Really? During my appointment you took other potential customers. The amount of time Dan was telling me how booked up and busy he was for the next few weeks and all the other calls he was getting to do installs. He could've looked at my SIM card and I could've been on my way. I already PAID and my camera's are still NOT working. Bad choice on my part. Had him work on 3 vehicles at once. First,…read more2021 GMC Sierra. After he worked on it first time I started it the vehicle wouldn't shut off. Everything in the dash looked like it was off but the engine was still running. After uncovering some of the wiring he'd installed I found a bare wire wrapped around a fuse blade that was apparently shorting out the ignition circuit. I had to fix it myself and install the correct type of fuse holder instead of the bogus wiring. 2nd vehicle new 2026 Sierra had him install cameras and some stereo equipment. The camera stopped working after about a week and when I took the new vehicle for its first dealership appointment after he worked on it I was told the OBDII port on the vehicle wasn't working at that foreign wiring had been attached to it so they couldn't service the vehicle. I'm stuck with a camera that doesn't work and a brand new $70k vehicle that's been damaged. On top of all that the guy is now ghosting me and doesn't respond to my requests to fix things. I paid him $900 for the installs. No idea what it's going to cost me to fix if I can even find someone to work on it.

He also told me that the new remote that was looking at was significantly smaller than the one that I have now. I bought the new remote and antenna. The remote arrived and it was the exact same size as the original one. That was the main reason I wanted to switch it out. I then received a text from Dave stating that he didn't think he'd be able to update alarm or add remote. Well, you should've told me that from the beginning! He wasted my time and money. Now I have to return everything that I have bought. If you're an alarm installer you should be able to do a simple task like reprogramming a remote and changing out an antenna. And, if you don't know what certain remotes look like and can't compare them to others, don't say so. Pay attention to the negative reviews, they are there for a reason.

At the time, I wasn't provided with guidance on which product would be most suitable, nor was it explained that these lights might not be the best option for installation. As a customer, I rely on your expertise when making those recommendations. In fact, At the time I came in Danny told me, you guys didn't have any lights similar to the ones I wanted, after my installation was done, then he told me he had ordered and received a stock of similar lights. Additionally, the installation did not appear to be done neatly. Some of the lights were coming loose from the dashboard, and others had fallen onto the floor. Even if the product wasn't ideal, I would still expect the installation to be clean and secure. I also noticed that the lights on the right side of the driver's area were installed differently than those on the left, which raised concerns about the overall consistency of the work. Furthermore, I had to return multiple times for installation related issues, which made the overall experience frustrating.
