I noticed that my mom's wheelchair was filthy and crusted with food and the wheels were sticky. I called Mobility City to have a technician come out to my mom's board & care house and provide the cleaning service onsite. The cleaning fee was reasonable but the trip charge was not but it was a wash in the end because it saved me time away from work and the hassle of hauling the wheelchair to their shop then waiting around for the cleaning. I needed to get my electric scooter repaired. I went on line and found Mobility City. I called this store and a very helpful, friendly person told me to bring it in. When I walked in the store I was greeted with such friendly employees. They took my scooter to the back and told me they'd let me know the problem. I was offered a comfortable recliner and asked if I wanted water. Soon I was told that the scooter could be repaired in about an hour for a very reasonable price. When the scooter was done I asked someone to look at my scooter lift on my car because I was having problems with it. Again this person was very knowledgeable and was able to fix it. When he finished I went in to pay and was told there would be no charge. I highly recommend Mobility City if you need any repairs or if you need to rent any equipment (wheelchairs, electric wheelchairs and scooters, hospital beds to name a few) They also sell many items to help people with disabilities.
