I noticed that my mom's wheelchair was filthy and crusted with food and the wheels were sticky. I called Mobility City to have a technician come out to my mom's board & care house and provide the cleaning service onsite. The cleaning fee was reasonable but the trip charge was not but it was a wash in the end because it saved me time away from work and the hassle of hauling the wheelchair to their shop then waiting around for the cleaning. I had no idea this place existed until I got stung by a stingray while swimming at the beach, but let me tell you, they absolutely came through! We went there to dispute it and his team was arguing with another handicapped customer with the same problem. They were able to identify the problem as a drained battery and replaced the batteries while I waited. They educated us on the proper charging technique for the future (previously we had it plugged into power whenever it was not in use - bad)! They even cleaned the entire scooter! I needed to get my electric scooter repaired. I went on line and found Mobility City. I called this store and a very helpful, friendly person told me to bring it in. When I walked in the store I was greeted with such friendly employees. They took my scooter to the back and told me they'd let me know the problem. I was offered a comfortable recliner and asked if I wanted water. Soon I was told that the scooter could be repaired in about an hour for a very reasonable price. When the scooter was done I asked someone to look at my scooter lift on my car because I was having problems with it. Again this person was very knowledgeable and was able to fix it. When he finished I went in to pay and was told there would be no charge. I highly recommend Mobility City if you need any repairs or if you need to rent any equipment (wheelchairs, electric wheelchairs and scooters, hospital beds to name a few) They also sell many items to help people with disabilities.
