Of the three sessions that are typically offered I went through two of them with little to no results. There are ambassadors who will claim up to 10 inches reduced and I'm not here to prove or disprove their claims, but will stick to the facts. When you arrive for your first session you are given a packet forms to fill out. One of those being an agreement of expectations from the patient. Some of these are basic terms but they also detail to you for the first time about low calorie intake, exercise and water intake. The pain factor in their sales pitch is "mild discomfort", but I would rate it as a range from 0 to 5 on a pain scale. In the end although their measuring claimed about 1, maybe 2 inch reduction I get pretty static results and even between the 2nd and measuring for a 3rd session they agreed there was no change. So this may work for you and may not, but I just want the buyer to beware that results are individual and not guaranteed, nor claimed to be. If you go and pursue this my recommendation is to ask to see the page of expectations that they will require you to sign before your first session - ask for this before you pay in full up front. Any reputable company should be comfortable to do this. Be sure to ask any and all questions up front. They do allow for that and their ambassadors come around with their success stories, but read between the lines, be informed, be realistic and I hope you have much better success than I did.
