She had been my server 2 previous times and was fantastic! She had the tables all ready for us. As we arrived, she got our names listed on her pad and checked with us to see if we wanted anything else to drink. She brought back our drinks and as soon as we all were here, she was ready to start taking our orders. Their portions are very large, and so my husband and I decided to each order a small fish sandwich with 1 side and with no bread. Several ordered the small fish sandwich. Another ordered the fish larger portion, and he had a lot of leftovers. He loved the corn on a cob. Two of our friends ordered onion rings. While Jocelyn was getting our food ready, we talked about how great this new room in the restaurant was. It was large and was right off the main hallway. We were able to look out the big window and see the swing sets, the children playing and the picnic tables full of people. It only seemed like 10 minutes before she was back delivering the food. Oh, it looked delicious and within minutes, we were eating our huge fish meals. Back to the onion rings- they came stacked up on a plate and they were huge. One of the ladies wanted to share her onion rings and so she passed the plate over to our table and most of the people had one or two. My husband loved them! It was a beautiful day. I know many of us will be back this summer.

Anyways, this is a fish food truck but they offer things such as hot dogs, brats, fries and corn dogs. Me and the family wasn't in the mood for fish so we got two brats, 3 corn dogs and a thing of fries between us. Pricing on This is on par with other American food trucks. Not too bad. It is nice they took Venmo because I do not carry cash very often. My brat was just ok. Nothing spectacular but not bad. Was solid. Maybe slightly over cooked but nothing to make me dislike it. The kids appeared to enjoy there corn dog. My wife said the fries weren't very good. So overall the food seems about average. We didn't try there main course of fish (I assume it's the Brad winner since it's in the name). So maybe next time we see them we will try the fish. Overall the workers in here was very nice and worked diligently and to get our order. Was a popular event so they was working with some crowds.

For dessert, we all split the bread pudding -- a hug of a dessert -- and the chocolate Guinness cake. Don't let the "flourless" part of the chocolate cake's description fool you -- this cake is rich and creamy. Pricing is on par with other fish frys. $6 a fish sandwich. They actually had a pretty large dessert menu that included a home made chocolate cake from the priest. The priest took our order so I actually ordered a slice. Our fish sandwich was pretty good. Not the best local fish fry sandwich but still good. Once you take off the shrimp shell, there went the seasoning. As you can see in the second picture the potatoes were dry, very dry. The corn didn't taste like much, like they threw it in the water to boil it but didn't add salt or butter to it to help with the flavor. Most of the dish, I actually threw out since I just didn't enjoy the taste or texture of the meal.
