They are alway accommodating and customer service always seems paramount. The prices might be a bit higher than other seafood restaurants but they deliver great portions and get quality food. The history itself is impressive and generation to generation seems to carry over the main directive, good food, good prices and good service. We really enjoy the seating/dining options with inside or outside dining. The outside can be open or covered seating are available along with tiny kids playground. The food, however, was awful. My wife had tasteless clam chowder. I ordered the lobster bisque...one of my favorites. It was goopy and the flavor was terrible. I don't know what they did to destroy it, but it was terrible. I had crab cakes. I've pretty much never had a bad crab cake...until now. They were huge...they do have huge portions, but I not only didn't finish my meal, but I didn't want to. I sent back a hal eaten bowl of the soup and ate maybe a part of one crab cake. My wife had 'clam' strips. I put the word 'clam' in quotes because they looked and tasted nothing like anything remotely clam related.
