There is no minimum age requirement for unsupervised Tweens who sat quietly and respectfully in the booth In the back of the newly remodeled shoppe. Sadly, your behavior resulted in a last time you will ever get my business. I used to spend a minimum of $30 every time I brought the grandkids to your store. I had to break the bad news that this was their last visit because you think they needed line of sight supervision while I was outside your business looking at cars for the car show. The is no law to suit your perception. I did CPS for over 20 y ears, believe me, I'm well aware of the laws in most states. To satisfy your incorrect perception, I asked the Leesburg PD If there was an obscure municipal code and of course, there is not. Shame on you Monica. I always try - and usually fail- to find something special for my wife on/near Mothers Day. This place was recommended by a coworker and after years of trying, I finally hit it out of the park. WONDERFUL afternoon tea with small bites and select pastries. Tea choice was impressive and food was fantastic! We went on a Thursday so it was quiet and very relaxing. It just could not have been any better!!! We are definitely going back! Service was there when we needed it and absent when we didn't. Five stars to the shop, variety of choices. Three and a half for the soft serve. This sweet shop is filled with all types of sweets individually wrapped. Perfect for gift giving. This place is so cute. At the back of the shop is a gift shop with plushies, bath bombs, etc. Upstairs has more seating and some reserved private rooms. I had afogato (espresso shot with 3 tiny scoops of ice cream) and it was delicious! You can choose the flavor of ice cream. They also have giant cookies. I tried the macarons (never had them from a real bakery) and I probably don't like macarons. Tasted like sugary frosting to me but I'd recommend the if you do like sugary frosting. The raspberry one didn't have tang to it and the toffee one was a little better. Good chew and texture, just way too sweet for me. read more

Yes it's very pretty, but the drinks are not that great and the coffee had a weird taste. Their macrons weren't bad though.

Without a doubt the most divine chocolate brownie sundae and macarons I have ever had. The service was great, you don't consume calories if you eat it on site (very cute). They were very many selections and the decision making was difficult. For a treat go upstairs and enjoy your decadence in the pink room overlooking the street with all the historic buildings. We found this place by accident and love the decor and fun atmosphere. We have come back multiple times. I really enjoy the macaroons and the free cotton candy on Saturday's is a fun touch. The order area is small so with a lot of people it can feel tight when trying to check out. I'm hoping to come back to try more like the ice cream and truffles. read more

Absolutely HORRID customer service! Called to get more information about hosting a private event and the female employee who answered the phone could not have been more rude or condescending. Refused to give me any info and kept telling me to email them. She literally could not even confirm if our desired date was available. I explained that I wanted to confirm if the date was available first, and then she snapped "we're all booked and have no availability" and then hung up the phone. Wow! We had every plan of spending hundreds of dollars in this store, yet we're made to feel like they were doing us a favor. Just no. We will never ever spend a dime in this little dessert shop. Just some friendly advice to the owner/employees...try to act like you actually appreciate potential customers since they are who keeps your little shop open!! read more

Visited for the first time a couple weekends ago to warm up from snowy days. Free parking was a bit difficult to find close to the store, especially due to snow plowers but ended up parking in the public garage a block away. Store is very cute and cozy, has amazing treats and delicious tea. We couldn't decide what to get because everything looked amazing but we did the tea and it had many options- macarons & scones were the winners. We liked the atmosphere but service from the staff was not all that great and could definitely improve. I get that after pandemic is tough to find the right crew but not providing the right training hurts a business. I went with my sister and thought we would get some quiet tea time but there were a lot of children playing and going up and down the stairs unsupervised-- was just not expecting that but it looked like they had a large birthday party that took over the venue. Not sure if this place is meant for children or we went on the wrong date. Towards the end we heard 2 employees arguing with a customer about exceeding their allotted reservation time. The customer seemed confused as she was not aware she had a time limit and one of the employees continued to yell at customer. Would def visit again for those macarons on a slower day of the week or do a pick-up. read more

Positively adorable! I had always passed by this place and thought it looked cute. The inside surpassed my expectations! The man working there was very kind (and patient, as my daughter wanted to look around at everything ) and the vanilla chai I ordered was the best I've ever had. The store is filled with unique gifts for all occasions and I definitely plan on returning before birthdays and holidays. The cafe was decorated down to every detail and kept clean. I plan on hosting my daughter's birthday party here next year. You have to try it if you haven't yet! read more

My fiancé and I stopped in here on the fly. We bought truffles and some other little candies. The staff were friendly and the store was neat and VERY clean. Even still, the truffles outshined it all. Best truffles I've ever had. Hazelnut and espresso in particular. Definitely recommend. read more

What a great little spot in downtown Leesburg!! We had our 3 kiddos (9, 7, 5) and each wanted something sweet and special, but all different...from macrons to ice cream to a milkshake. Mocatinas hit those out of the park and still had coffees and espresso drinks for us (mom/dad). Plenty of goodies and special sodas on the shelves and in the fridge for grab-and-go or for gifts! It's not huge w/ a couple seats on main floor but upstairs has more room (setup like a smaller Sweetfrog-like eat-in place). Clean bathroom (main floor) that's a single washroom...I mention that as it's a little easier to send kiddos that can manage on their own to a single washroom than sometimes otherwise. read more

If you are colored DONT GO HERE ! So I had gone with one of friends we ordered us both an icecream with a cup and a waffle cone . As well as a few macarons for my 5 year old daughter to take to go (no bag was given) meanwhile I told my friend I would go get a lid for my cup of icecream to take to go. I had a stomach surgery done recently and being very limited to the amount I can consume in one sitting I wanted to take my ice cream to go. So I went to the front to ask the young girl who was a brunette for a lid and she asked whomever was in that corner back room which was a blond girl and the owner of the shop an older woman with black hair and glasses. The brunette haired girl was told to give me another cup and some tape to tape the cup on top of my cup because they didn't want to give me the cup that had a lid to it . Ok so then I thought Wtvr I'll just do that' and then I realized I'm about to drive with a cup taped to another cup like no way . It's all going to fall in the car so then I go back and I said this is going to fall I need something with a lid and this RUDE BLOND Girl with an attitude came out that room and has the Audacity to tell me why can't we just keep taping the cups together giving me this nasty look and says well Now we have wasted THREE CUPS !! I said no I'm not going to keep taping cups! u have plenty of cups with lids right there you should've just gave me one from the beginning. So finally the owner (black hair lady) steps out that room and tells them just give her the small cup with the lid acting like she wasn't giving orders from that back room the entire time . So the blond hair girl throws my ice cream in the cup the nastiest way possible while it's spilling dripping on the floor smh and finally puts the lid on it and hands it to me . Still I get no bag with everything I bought and all the white folks got this pretty bag . While I had to carry my items . No apology nothing was said. I was treated as I didn't belong there I was racially profiled I didn't get the same customer service as everyone in the shop just because I wasn't white. I will def not let this go and will take further action on this matter and make sure this place is known for being racist and not treating people with color the same . I was very hurt by the way I got treated it was very sad. All I can say is what goes around comes around , and god is watching how you treat others . DONT GO HERE THIS PLACE DESERVES TO GET SHUTDOWN ! read more

A very pretty set-up. They have lots of cute little gift ideas. Came with another adult and two teen girls. The girls thought it was the cat's meow. As cool as this place was the macaroons were such a let down. I got the espresso, salted caramel, and Cookie Monster. 6 macaroons for $14..... the only good ones were the salted caramel. The espresso one just tasted like very dark chocolate and the whole macaroon collapsed, the Cookie Monster one tasted like a sugar cube. The macaroons just didn't have the right texture. They weren't chewy and had a hard shell. Just hallow hard shell. The place was really cool I just suggest not getting the macaroons. read more

My boyfriend and I stopped in this evening for some sweet treats. We purchased 2 macarons, chocolate and a strawberry , and a slice of cheesecake. The macarons were amazing... no need to go to L'Audrée at all! Mocatinas are just amazing if not better. Also the cheesecake was perfect and the added chocolate buttercream on top was so delicious.
