Tried Mochas & Java's today - a recommendation from an old coworker. Tried a few things! Was actually surprised at the pricing. Decently low and for what you get so worth it. Of course I door dashed so I was unable to experience the ambiance of the space but I'm sure it is great. The drinks and food were pretty spot on. The blonde Java thing (was delicious but ordered for the toppings and of course I didn't get them: only thing keeping this review from getting the full 5 stars), white pumpkin (amazing and recommend) and coffee cake which I loved (other reviews said dry but with how large and fluffy it is I could only assume how dry it made my mouth after eating such large bites of the huge thing. Great size for price!). Only thing not posted or viewed in my review is the veggie quiche. Full of flavor and it was delicious. Slightly confused because it did not come in a crust, which I thought quiche did, at all; came in a wrapping, but the egg was fluffy. Flavor was good and I enjoyed!! Definitely will order again - hopefully next time I can go in so I can experience the service. read more

Ordered a small blonde coffee with coffee cake. While the coffee was really flavorful the coffee cake was not. It was extremely dry and tasted old. My friend went with me and inquired if anything on the menu was onion fee because she has an allergy to onions. She was suggested the quiche, as soon as it was presented to her, she could taste onions all in it she had to return it because like I said, she has a severe onion allergy that triggers something similar to a heart attack. The place itself small not cozy kinda lackluster compared to all the other coffee shops that are now popping up all over Frisco. Monday - Friday (6am - 6pm) Saturday (7am - 6pm) Sunday (7am - 5pm) This location has a drive thru with fast service.My favorite is their iced dirty blonde with oak milk and a chocolate chip cookie. I love that their coffee is the perfect blend and it is not to sweet. I haven't had the chance to go inside but the drive thru service is amazing. Service is always friendly and efficient But the food doesn't ever taste fresh. The pastries taste old and you can taste the Tupperware they stored it in. I thought they had the best Zucchini Bread but I realized it's the only Zucchini bread Ive ever had..Go for the drinks and not the food. read more

Saturday morning wanderings took us to Frisco. We needed to talk about life stuff. Kids, retirement, football, cleaning house.... Important stuff. One of my wife's friends works here so we thought we'd try it. Food was great. Quiches and biscuits and blue berry muffins were awesome! Environment was cozy and welcoming. The machines are a little loud for the small space. 4 star because of the service was not good. The employees (mostly youngers) don't speak up when they call the order and they don't always call a name. Be loud. Be clear. Be specific. Some of us oldies need the volume. Highly recommend. This place was once a nice spot to get coffee and do some work. I used to drop by 2 - 3 time a week to grab my wife and I lattes. The setting is good, but the customer service and food quality have gone down tremendously. To add to that, they used to offer a free additional shot of espresso, on the house. They've stopped that as well. It was their special thing for the customers. Now, like many other places, it's clearly all about more money. The servers get the orders wrong every 3rd visit, but they never cease to ask for tips... funny how they want to get extra money for a far inferior product. It's sad that this was once my favorite little coffee spot, and a few years later I can't even force myself to go back... oh well, maybe the customer service will improve, but I won't be around to witness it. read more

This is place gives pretty old school cozy kind of vibes. Heavy wood paneling inside, lots of browns and some oversized comfy-rump (substitute that word appropriately) couches that look well worn in. I walked in on a whim and noticed they have dark chocolate mochas. Why do most places NOT have dark choco mochas? I got the box of chocolates special, which is irish creme added to the mocha and I am enjoying my drink as we speak. I will definitely stop by again. read more

Let's start off with this is such a Cute Quaint place. Lots of different styles of seating. Atmosphere was nice, CLEAN and Comfortable! I greatly appreciate y'all hiring sweet, kind hearted ladies that are helpful and patient. I was having an emotionally bad day, but their sweet smiles and happiness helped lighten my mood. This is a Walk Up and Order place. I ordered their zucchini bread, a vanilla latte and a yogurt parfait. The lady asked if I would like the zucchini bread heated up, to which I said YES! The zucchini bread was Awesome! The coffee was hot and delicious too. I waited until the next day to eat the yogurt parfait and WOW!!!!! It is So Good and filling too! I have to admit, it's probably 1 of my top 5 favorite yogurt parfait's I've ever had. I'm impressed and also contemplating when I can get back over there to buy more. The granola is kept in a separate little area, so it's crunchy when you're ready to finally eat it. Quick ~ I hardly waited for the zucchini to be heated and coffee to be ready. I recently found this coffee gem. I order a hazelnut caffe Latte with extra shot and omg it was sooo good. i just wish that they served it in an actual mug and not the to go cup. I love their coffee it's my favorite in town. And the service is always above average!

Our family of toddlers was able to scoop up the corner section by the entrance, which had a ton of natural sunlight and ease of access to the cashier. While the coffee was superb, the pastries and sandwiches were a bit on the bready/carby side. We'll be sure to give them a fair shot again as the service was very friendly! They do have a quick and efficient drive thru which comes in handy during the incredibly hot Texan summers. read more

Had no clue they changed the name of this spot til this morning! I had a break in between the gym and my recovery session, so I booked it down the street for my coffee fix. Well hello Mochas and Javas, I do like your style!! Fall coffee connoisseurs, they have what you need! I decided on the white pumpkin latte with an extra shot and it was pure perfection. Got my morning revved up for sure! I also got the vegan zucchini bread for breakfast and very happy I got that. Drive-thru coffee is always a good thing! I visited at 0845 on a Thursday morning and had just two cars ahead of me. There is space inside as well as a covered patio area. I ordered a nonfat cappuccino but after seeing the menu, I found that there were many more options available besides the usual coffee faves; smoothies, warm breakfast like oatmeal and croissants, sandwiches, and bakery items are available. I had a nice little chat with their friendly employee at the window as I purchased my coffee. This is a Texas based chain establishment but this is the only location in the Frisco area. It's inside the Target parking lot so instead of Starbucks the next time I go shopping, I think I'll grab a coffee from here instead! read more

If you want a quick and easy place to stop that has great coffee and plenty of kids options, this is your place. We use the Target nearby and make a trip out of it by stopping through the drive thru (or going in for a pastry as well). The kids frozen hot chocolates are mine and the kids' favorites. "Kids sized" is a regular small--it's pretty big (compared to mini sized and junior sized of other locations). I have had a few different pastries--some sweet and some savory--and all were good. Adding pastries to those kids hot chocolates turns my little $8 outing into a $20 one really quickly but it's a nice inexpensive treat. read more

Used to study at one of these in San Marcos, when I attended TxSt. So I stopped by this location for a black toddy, like old times only to be paid dust. Everyone behind the counter was looking at my black a** like I walked in with my underwear over my pants. I wasn't even greeted. Felt very off putting. Visiting family here in Frisco and wanted some coffee so my sister in law suggested we come here. I ordered the dark roast with vanilla creamer and I can say that I throughly enjoyed the flavor of the roast. Dark roast is my favorite coffee brew and I have tried a bunch. This roast is up there with some of the best that I've had. It was so good in fact that I plan on making another stop before I leave. The coffee was hot and fresh not like most places where they let the coffee sit for hours and you can taste the pot. Came here Saturday morning. Ordered a dirty blonde and a salted caramel mocha javachino......both with an extra shot. The girl running the window.......seriously the personality of drying paint. I come here from time to time and never really have a problem. I love their drinks when I need a break from the mainstream coffee shops. During my recent visit, there was a mistake when I reviewed my charges. I brought it up to the staff and they corrected it with no problems. This is a favorite coffee shop for our young adult group and we do love the ambiance! I used to frequent this place when I was in school and was one of my go to study spots back in the day. Only downside, I may run into individuals I know and get distracted. Needless to say, I loved studying here when I needed to get out of the house. I was driving by and saw that they had a drive thru which is a huge bonus for me when I could go for some coffee but also have my kids in the car and don't feel like taking the whole crew in, lol. However, I can't wait to actually go inside one day. Local coffee shops with drive thrus aren't too much of a thing so it was nice to be sitting at the intersection of Legacy and Elderado I ordered a vanilla latte with oat milk (my usual) and it was amazing! My review is only for drive thru service and this AMAZING almond croissant!!! I came here based off a coworkers recommendation for their espresso drinks. However, I was tired of just getting a donut for breakfast and thought I'd go through their drive thru and see what pastries were available. To my pleasant surprise, they had almond croissants! Great space to get some work done. The staff is polite and fast. The space is clean with lots of tables to plop down and get at it. The music is a bit more lively than the standard quite cafe but it was quiet enough for me to focus. I usually stop by on my way out of town. The coffee is great and I love that it doesn't have a burnt smell. I LOVE THEIR SCONES! You can taste the freshness in comparison to the popular coffee shops.
