This is located in the Mitsuwa food court and highly recommend it for dessert! We got the matcha latte with Sakura foam and the Ube mochi donut, both were so delicious! I love the Ube! I wished I had more room in my stomach to try the creme brulee one, perhaps another visit! The Sakura foam on the matcha latter is very aestheticly pleasing. You can taste the floral foam as you sip into the drink. The matcha is not too overpowering. The service was quick and they pretty much hand you the order right away. The drink takes time to make, but it took less than 10 minutes for our order. The ambiance is casual, it's in a food court and if you go out the door right by mochill, you can also enjoy Del Amo Fashion Center Mall too.

I had to come back to try more of their matcha lattes!! The first time I got their Iced Matcha Latte, I knew I had to come back to try their other ones. I got the Iced Honey Black Sesame Matcha Latte, while my sister got the Iced Matcha Latte. The Iced Honey Black Sesame Matcha Latte was excellent!! The Honey Black Sesame flavoring is earthy, bitter, and delicious. It pairs perfectly with their Matcha. The Iced Matcha Latte was just as amazing as the first time I got it. The employees are friendly and very kind! I noticed they added a Sakura Foam Matcha Latte, and I'm definitely coming back for it next!!

Good flavor donuts, decent mochi texture, but horrible attitude from staff. Best to try earlier during the day because they make everything fresh in the morning It's inside of Mitsuwa so it's pretty convenient

Miserable employee that took her bad day out on me

I'm a regular customer at Mochill Donut inside Mitsuwa in Torrance and usually enjoy this place, which made this experience especially disappointing. While my sister and I were looking at the menu, one of the female employees quietly asked what we wanted to order. I was mid-conversation with my sister and could barely hear her since she was speaking very softly. She then walked away. When we were ready to order and let her know, her tone felt off. She again mumbled her question in a dismissive manner. I asked if she was having a bad day because of the tone she was using. She replied that she was very tired and said she had already asked me twice what I wanted. I told her I wouldn't allow her to speak to me that way, especially in front of my 15-year-old sister. She then walked away from the register and had another employee take my order. The other employee was polite and professional, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the first employee made my Hawaiian latte and slammed it on the counter. When I asked who the manager was, she responded with "who cares." That level of attitude and unprofessionalism was unacceptable. I love Mochill Donut and often come here specifically for the sakura matcha latte, but I won't let a miserable employee take her bad day out on me. I hope management addresses this so loyal customers don't have to deal with behavior like this in the future.

Coffee and donuts are a hit or miss for me. The donuts here are a different shape and taste but definitely hit the spot and were worth a praise. I'm a sucker for matcha and enjoyed my matcha donut. Definitely will try some other options in the future with friends. Good staff and quick service with tasty treats it's hard not to be a fan.

Talk about a downgrade... I was a big fan of the freshly made mochi doughnuts at MoDo Hawaii, which was the dessert shop that was here before. They closed a couple years ago and then Mochill opened up in their place a couple months later. Wasn't a fan and didn't return for a while. Cold, stale, greasy, not as tasty as before. I went a second time since they have other menu items that looked interesting. The handheld crepes are made to order and come with a variety of fillings (ice cream, mochi, fruits). The wait wasn't too bad on a Sunday afternoon, my order took about 7 minutes. The Strawberry Choco crepe was bland, it's basically whipped cream wrapped up in an ultra thin pancake. I think more filling options would be nice, a sweet custard would have been better. Barely any chocolate syrup and the strawberry slices were sour. But I did like that they use sweet rice flour to make the actual crepe, which gives it a glutinous consistency like regular mochi. Look for their stall inside the Mitsuwa food court at Del Amo. Plenty of parking at the mall, though the surface lots can get busy on the weekends. They sell Honolulu Coffee, which I might try in the future. Third time's the charm?

Is there a set time to stop making crepes? Cause it was barely 3pm and we were told they don't make them at the time? Or or don't at this time? Other than that I've been here before around this time and it was fine. Anyways the donuts are good and so are the crepes

Ordered the 6 chewffy special as they looked delicious. Maybe Because it was the evening time close to closing the donuts were not the most fresh.what I disliked about the donut is that I could taste the oil and the yeast/rise texture wasn't smooth, it's a bit gritty. Would come back and try their drinks as they looked delicious! A Sakura matcha!

This is my go to spot for mochi donuts. It's worth the price and the cookies and cream flavor always come through and it's so good. I'm addicted.

located inside the mitsuwa food court, they had an array of donut choices on display as well as their crepes. service was standard, very brief as we only ordered 1 thing :)) you can see them prepare the fresh donuts behind the register the black sesame donut was nothing special.. it was cold and was lacking the chewiness i was looking for. but i do appreciate how it still had a slight crunch from the donut!! black sesame flavor was there and it got my craving satisfied! i'll have to try their crepes next time

Adjacent or part of Mitsuwa Marketplace is an amazing food court with lots of tempting foods and treats. Mochill Donuts and Coffee is among them! They have a variety of donuts and crepes. Being crepe lovers, we had to opt for the latter! I had the Banana Caramel Ice Cream crepe. It comes wrapped in a thick, yellow paper. Eventually my little fork couldn't cut the crepe anymore so I opened it to finish consuming it. Delicious, thick crepes. Super flavorful! I've had so many crepes from different places and I have to say this is the best I've had as far as crepes go. The crepe is just the right thickness, it's packed with flavor, and it definitely hit the spot. Friendly service, the wait for our crepes wasn't long at all. Great seating area in this food court, plenty of clean tables available and it was pretty busy. Can't wait to come back and try their donuts and coffee! For now if you're nearby I definitely recommend!

We come here because it's close to our home and we love going to Honolulu coffee in Hawaii. However the service here is lacking. The girls are rude and they make you stand there a while until they decide to take your order. My husband loves the iced Hawaiian lattes but honestly wait till you go to Hawaii or only if you're really craving the flavor. I love the ambiance of mitsuwa itself where you can find mochill and other eateries. Yamari is my favorite spot to get a matcha. Hopefully mochill gets nicer employees.

I have visited this location multiple times which is located in the Mitsuwa Food Court. They offer a variety of flavors for their mochi donuts. They are dipped and topped with different toppings. I have really enjoyed trying black sesame, cookies and crème, Nutella, and matcha. It's a great place to get a sweet treat after a bowl of ramen. Prices can be somewhat lower in my opinion.

During my freebies birthday run yesterday, I was planning on going to Old Ferry Donut after picking up a boba next door, only to find the shop closed. \(`0´)/ Known for unique flavors & vibrant retro-pop 70s branding (cute hamster mascot with bold orange & brilliant blue colors; it's featured on 2-/4-donut boxes), this Korean-inspired premium donut shop originated in Seoul a decade ago before expanding to several S. CA locations, opening in Torrance a couple of years ago. OFD's donuts are popular for its rich creams & chewy dough; Butter Pistachio & Crème Brûlée are just 2 of their signature flavors. I was going through a donut phase when I initially stopped by Old Ferry Donut. Large windows let lots of light in, & once you step across the threshold, you're hit with a strong K-pop vibe & loud music. They even had a collab with SEVENTEEN last fall during their tour with 2 flavors: Marble Strawberry & Blue Coconut! Unlike the regular mom & pop's or commercialized donut shops, they don't offer a discounted 1/2 or full dozen box. After asking what's their most popular picks, I chose Butter Pistachio & Crème Brûlée, & added Lemon Poppyseed & Raspberry Ring for myself, Cookies & Cream & Boston Cream for the kiddos. Service was alright... I didn't need a sales pitch, but would like some info on the donuts to make an informed decision since they're at a premium price even though they're not "freshly made" (every hour or less) like SD&C just down the street. The Butter Pistachio is a major hit... fluffy & light, a slightly chewy yeasty donut stuffed with a mildly sweet whipped pistachio cream filling & topped with a salty-sweet buttery streusel... how can you not be addicted? And totally worth it! Crème Brûlée is also popular for its delicate, crackly caramelized sugar crust & airy brioche dough that's filled with a rich vanilla custard. Good flavor, but maybe on the older side? Since it's been sitting for awhile, it lost that fresh fluffy texture & was kinda dry. I really liked the Lemon Poppyseed; it's right up there with Butter Pistachio. The lemon glaze is just the right amount of sweet & tart, & the donut was fresh & fluffy! The Raspberry Ring is pretty good, matching that sweet & tart of Lemon Poppyseed, but I like the citrus zing of the latter more. What's different is the former has a raspberry jam filling in addition to a glaze & the latter is just a yeast donut with fruity glaze. Kids didn't say much about Cookies & Cream & Boston Cream... I figure you can't go wrong with these flavors. The filling might have been a bit much as I saw the cream oozing out of the donut & onto my LO's face & shirt. His sister was slightly better at containing the custard blob. LOL With premium prices, It's debatable if Old Ferry's donuts are worth it... quality, freshness, & size. Hmmm... I like them & their creative flavors, but they're a tad too sweet & not as "fresh" in comparison to SD&C. Sad to see Old Ferry Donut permanently gone from the South Bay, but they still have locations in San Gabriel & Buena Park if you're willing to take a drive. Fresh, they eat more like a pastry--super moist, rich without being heavy, and none of that dry crumble. Chocolate (Valrhona) is the one--deep, smooth, perfectly tender. Extremely disappointing considering how much I love this item. To add insult to injury, the pastry I received implies, in my opinion, that the employee who made it does not care about their job--The croissant had two tiny, bunched up and hard pieces of ham, just on one side of the croissant, and no cheese inside.
