If you're looking for a cute cafe to grab a bite at and get some pastries, I would highly recommend checking Pinwheel out! It is in a big plaza with lots of businesses so the parking lot can be pretty congested but we did not have an issue finding a spot when we were there Friday morning around 11 AM. When you walk in you wait in line to order your pastries first and then drinks and any other food items at the cashier. They also have a self service ordering kiosk near the doorway. Service here was excellent and fast, all of our food came out within 10 minutes. We ordered the pistachio croissant to share which was scrumptious. It was perfectly flaky and soft at the same time. Inside, it had the perfect sweetness level of crushed pistachio. I am usually a big almond croissant girl but this definitely hit that itch. I will be trying their almond croissant next time. For drinks, we got the Spanish latte and the hazelnut latte. They were both good but didn't blow my socks off. I don't think I really tasted the hazelnut in my latte. For our mains, we got the prosciutto open face sandwich and the smoked salmon omelette. I know those aren't the official names, my bad . These both came with a side salad which you get to choose the dressing you want. There were three options... I only remember two: balsamic and Dijon. I tried the Dijon and it was tangy and creamy - which I loved! The omelette was delicious, I would order it again. The prosciutto sandwich was hard to eat because everything kept falling off and when I tried to knife and fork it, it still kept just falling apart. You can taste the quality of the prosciutto though. I probably wouldn't order it again purely on the difficulty of eating it. I also wish it came with a little more because if I did not eat some of my girlfriend's omelette and the croissant, I would not be full on only the prosciutto tart meal. I would definitely be back and hope to try more of their pastries next time - I was eyeing that pear almond tart.

I don't come to this bakery very often, but when I do I have a hard time deciding what to get because everything looks delicious. I stopped in today and picked up some shortbread cookies. Everything that I've had from this bakery has been yummy. Service is friendly. Thanks Pinwheel for sending me $5 to spend for my birthday!

Nice clean restaurant with walk up counter service. Display case of beautiful treats. It is hard to decide what to get-it all looks good. We didn't get the French onion soup but it appeared to be quite popular. Sandwiches were very fresh and delicious. Side salad is just mixed greens. Parking can be a challenge on weekends. We parked pretty far away since a Trader Joe's is nearby.

Met up with my niece for some catch up time.. first time here and I see this place all the time so I'm glad she suggested this place. Once you walk in you can see all the baked goods all displayed so aesthetically. The food was ok but the vibe was very relaxing and their staff were very friendly while we were there just talking for a few hours .

Having visited a few times, the most accurate way I can describe my experiences is "inconsistent". On a couple of visits, the food was fine and on others the food was terrible. The worst involved their croque madame, which isn't always available. I was excited to try it after it had been unavailable my first two visits, but very disappointed when they served me a sandwich that seemed like it had been left out overnight. The bread, the ham, the cheese, nothing was remotely fresh about it at all. Otherwise, their omelettes and sandwiches and coffee drinks have all been fine, simple and clean. The best dish was the French toast.

We haven't been here for years. To our surprise, the place has expanded and so has their choices! Delicious croque madame, French pastries, and coffee! Service it trés magnifique! Cozy atmosphere! IT IS A MUST FOR YOU TO TRY!!!!!

This is a nice cafe/bakery located in a busy shopping center. The pear and apple tarts were ok. Don't miss out on the quiche florentine; it has a savory, rich, cheesy egg custard filled with spinach and a flaky crust.

I stopped by a French inspired cafe called the Pinwheel Café and it was great! The service was welcoming from the moment we walked in. You can tell the team here truly cares about creating a great experience. The food was absolutely delicious. Everything tasted fresh and thoughtfully prepared. The almond croissant was incredible! It was light, flaky, and filled with just the right amount of almond filling. You could tell it came straight out of the oven. The quiche of the day (broccoli and cheese) was perfectly made, with a golden, buttery crust and a creamy, flavorful filling. I also had the French onion soup, which was rich, comforting, and full of flavor. We also tried the Spanish latte. It was smooth, slightly sweet, and perfectly balanced. And for anyone who loves authentic French cuisine, they even offer escargot, which you don't often find in cafés. Overall, Pinwheel Café has excellent food, friendly service, and cozy atmosphere. Can't wait to come back and try more of their pastries!

My kids and I really enjoyed the food and the pastries at this location. I would give it 5 stars but it is a bit over priced. I understand that the quality and freshness of their products is superb, but my total was a bit shocking. My kids ate the morning croissant sandwich with bacon, eggs, and cheese, and I ate a turkey avocado croissant sandwich. The croissant is deliciously flakey and fresh. We also ordered a raspberry tart to share, and the ratio of cream, crust and raspberry is perfection. We ate it all in silence because it was so good. The service is pretty fast too. I will go back, but I will have to save up some of my pennies first.

    Nordique Omelette with Ratatouille
    Larry L.

Recently returned to Pinwheel Cafe Bakery for breakfast and was, unfortunately, somewhat disappointed. Food: I ordered a Nordique omelette, which the menu describes as an omelette with smoked salmon, cream cheese, capers, onion, lemon, and dill. I also upgraded my side to their ratatouille. The omelette was an American-style (versus French-style) omelette, shaped like a half-moon or taco and somewhat dense. Inside were slices of smoked salmon. I was hoping that the salmon would have been season with dill, but sadly, it was not. More sadly was the fact that the cream cheese, capers, onions, and dill were not integrated into the omelette in any way. Rather, they were simply set to the side. The cream cheese was hard to spread; the capers were hard to pick up; and the onion and dill were cut more to be garnishes than part of the omelette. Finally, the ratatouille (a vegetable stew of seasoned tomatoes, eggplant, onions, and zucchini) tasted okay but was very oily ... there was oil pooling at the bottom of the bowl. Service: The servers were friendly. Bottom Line: Okay, but disappointing when I consider my first visit.

I still love all the pastries but lately I've been coming for the French toast. It's the lightest, fluffiest bread and delicious with Nutella and berries. Surprisingly filling too

Been coming here since they opened. My wife makes us visit every new coffee shop in the South Bay…read moreas she loves to try all the new things she sees on Tiktok. While some of them are okay, we always ALWAYS end up coming back to Corridor Flow the next week. Yes there might be a chic looking cafe with some fancy fad drink or a roaster just opened up their new industrial styled flagship store. But look forward to copious amounts of sugar covering up the taste of badly roasted beans or concrete blocks used as chairs and grossly high water to bean ratios. It should be a crime to sell over a 15:1 ratio. So why do we keep coming back to Corridor. Obv the coffee is great. The normal drip blend is something all coffee shops in the southbay should look to as an example. They used to use stereoscope beans which is known to be one of the best local roasters, and probably have a partnership with them because the roast is still exceptional. The coffee is flavorful, great mouthfeel, NOT watered down, just enough complexity to keep you curious but not so intense it is not longer balanced. If you actually like coffee, real coffee. This is the spot. It's like a slightly lighter cup of handsome coffee and a way better bang for the buck than blue bottle. They are constant supporters of artists and small businesses in the community, they have awesome style, like seriously their branding is legit. There are plugs everywhere. Like everywhere. Even in the back shaded patio. It's a great spot for getting work done. They even have an entire back area coworking space with private phone booths, printers, and all sorts of business supplies. The business is family owned and run. I forgot the owners names but the guy is an amazing individual and constantly is walking around connecting with people in the shop. I recently complimented someone on their style and the owner happened to be sitting across from me working, and then complimented me for being aware, present, and noticing things that made other people smile. This guy literally complimented me on complimenting others. Dude is meta af. The community is great and this is a big plus. This coffeeshop tends to attract just really honest and good-hearted people. I've met so many cool people here that are passionate about pursuing great things and moving humanity forward. In this time and day where there is so much hate and animosity, this is one of those very rare places where people can connect again. There is seriously no other coffee shop like it. It's comfortable. It's perfect for first dates, casual lunches, catching up with old friends, taking the kids somewhere (they have a dedicated children's section), grabbing a great cup togo (thank you for that dedicated pickup parking spot). and of course, getting work done. We've introduced at LEAST 30 people to this hidden gem over the years, and almost every single one of them says this is the best coffee shop they've ever been to. Yes parking sucks. But it's worth it. I looked around for parking for almost 20 minutes a couple months ago. Blame the city, not the coffee shop. They basically shut off public parking for the whole street opposite of the shop. I hope you guys open up another location someday. I know it's hard to expand in this day and age, but you guys seriously have a fantastic formula. Bravo friends. Cheers.

The coffees are very artisanal, thinks not the run of the mill black cup of coffee with sweetener pumps so be prepaid to pay a premium but very and fair affordable price. Coffee is well made and very balanced with flavors nothing overpowers the entire drink. I had the G.O.A.T, RIP Kobe, and the wifey had the Calamansi Tonic. Both refreshing.
