Made it just in time! Service was amazing even when they where about to close so friendly and nice. My husband and I where craving something sweet decided on a boba. He also got a Hot Cheeto Mozzarella stick but didnt let me take a picture lol. Over the drinks where both really good not too sweet and delicious. The service again was amazing, we will definitely be back.

Was in the mood for something sweet after having sushi so we drove all the way to Palos Verdes for some Mochinut's! [[HIGHLIGHT]]This location was actually hard to find once we parked but after walking the strip we spotted it.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]It's really humongous inside![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] They have some really cool flavors that I wanted to try out. I was really excited to try the Red Velvet flavor, we also got one, cookies n cream, matcha, fruity pebbles, ube, and churro. The best out of all six flavors here was the ube, next had to be the churro, then cookies n cream. I was a little disappointed in the red velvet flavor as it taste nothing like red velvet at all.

What it's supposed to look like!

The donuts are okay. Drinks are good. But service is terrible. I went on a Monday morning and this lady was on the phone and didn't pay any attention to me and what I was ordering. Was standing there for a little while, while she was on the phone. She walks away from her phone takes my order. Before I even finish she goes back to her phone for another 2 minutes. Then comes back to me and I tell her I wanted to add boba to the matcha drink. She thought I wanted a third drink. I had to re- explain at least 5 times that I wanted just two drinks. And one with boba. And she kept thinking I wanted a third drink. And then of course she goes back to her phone. Still insisting that I wanted a third drink. I was very close to walking out but I just wanted a drink. She finally hangs up. Hen I had to explain for the 5/6th time that I wanted to drinks. And to add boba to ONE. I was literally the only customer t She gave me the boba for free and said that it's a dollar extra for every drink and I'm like again I just wanted it on one drink. If you wanted the extra dollar so badly then I'll pay it. Just at least pay attention to your customers instead of your phone call. The whole transaction probably took close to 10 minutes because her phone call was so important to her. And of course. The drink was made wrong. Doesn't look anything like the picture. In the picture it's a matcha with ube foam and it's like she layered ube foam with matcha then matcha foam. Tastes like I'm drinking pure foam.

If you are in search of a cafe with a diverse display of donuts & boba that will make you emerge out of your comfort zone and spark that youthful curiosity--this is the place to go. Mochinut has it all, from the most fascinating, diverse options. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The area is so contemporary, and I love how it feels like visiting a donut place in the city.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] If that is your vibe, definitely consider it. I heard from my uncle that they often change the donuts. That was why we couldn't see if they have our favorite ube donuts last visit. I tried many different donuts from the place, many from my last visit. I liked the ube donut, churro, and the cheesecake. I also tried the lemon one which wasn't as appealing to me. There was one of them with the biscoff and caramel, couldn't recall the name--but that one was also not as appealing as I thought it would be. I feel as though, it may be due to my preferences. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Otherwise, I loved the bakery and the ambiance.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Had no complaints with the service, food came in sooner than expected. Definitely worth trying out another time! Thank you Mochinut Palos Verdes for the experience! Hoping that in my next visit, we can get a lot of the ube donuts.

This bobarista. I think his name was phillip? He was very friendly and quick to make my drinks. I ordered a peach acai it came out faster and better then starbucks! Kudos to phillip!

Super soft and fresh mochi donuts. My favorite was the Biscoff one, so bomb and almost had a coffee-like flavor. They have a wide variety, so there's plenty to choose from depending on your taste. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The inside of the shop could use a little maintenance but the owner is super nice, which made the experience better.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Also tried the Thai tea with boba. Loved the cute container, but the drink itself was a bit too sweet for me. Not my favorite, but not bad. Good spot overall with great deals for what you get. I'd come back for the donuts alone.

Still great! Surprisingly delicious fried hotdogs and the donuts are always fresh, no matter the time of day. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Easy going vibe to hang out[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Mochi donuts are my favorite kind of donuts. They are light, flavorful, chewy, and addicting. However, there are flavors that I like better than others. it's a personal preference. I'm not a fan of any of the chocolate flavors. And the funnel cake and fruity pebbles were just okay My favorites are red velvet, ube, strawberry, honey glazed, and nutella. The mango seemed artificial. Matcha had a slight bitterness to it, which i liked. They also have premade Boba drinks in a can. The Boba quality isn't what you expect from fresh Boba, but it is pretty decent if you go in with that expectation. Definitely coming back.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Beautiful ambiance, very charismatic and hard working workers.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] 10/10 would recommend. Not to mention the delicious donuts and yummy drinks.

The man taking our order was so sweet and patient. He had so much respect and was incredibly polite and helpful. The food came out at a reasonable time and was so fresh and hot. The hot cheetos full mozzarella dog was our favorite even though it was really soft, but we took a while to eat it so it probably just softened in that time. The flavor, however, was definitely there. Although I like the crunch of the crispy ramen one, the taste lacked. I would get the potato one again though! Next time, I'd pass on the ube milk tea as I'm becoming more sensitive to artificial drinks. The taste isn't bad, but isn't one I love.

Place was a walking distance from the PV library. Morden cafe setting inside instead of a mochi donut bakery style, which was cool with me. Tried their cold caramel macchiato. Too sweet without the coffee root. Love the idea of seal the drink into the plastic can. The donuts were sold by 3. They were chewy as the regular mochi donut but on the sweet side. I was expecting the black sesame coating tasted more toward the black sesame. So was with the ube flavor one. The colors were appetizing though. And the staff was nice and friendly.

The good: The interior of this place is massive! There were high ceilings and tons of space to lounge around. I was shocked at how big this mochi donut spot was. There was also some bumping music. They sell drinks too. This is a great spot to hangout with friends. I tried the suggested Korean rice corn dog #5 as well as a box of 6 mochi donuts for $18. The price was very fair. The worker was nice. The corndog was freshly fried and tasted great. They have outdoor seating as well. They have a lot of mochi donut flavors to choose from. Their boxes are super cute and pink and make for a great gift or item to bring to a potluck or work function. The bad: Overall, I think mochi donuts don't beat yeast raised donuts but they are still fun and yummy. Do not expect fluffy and light because mochi is supposed to be chewy and heavy. The interesting: There's a parking garage right by here in the Promenade. They have lots of locations all throughout the US.

I ordered an Affogato with a vanilla bean gelato and a small scoop of the Chai tea latte gelato. The Affogato was served in a small plastic cup with plastic spoon. The small scoop of gelato was served in a small paper cup with an even smaller plastic spoon. Both were delicious. The consistency of the gelato is smooth, as expected. Service was friendly and efficient. My order was ready and I was rung up in minutes. Parking: Free, shared shopping center.

Open your mind (or tongue) and try the different options! Great for couples, family, and friend. If you have a foodie friend who doesn't judge on exterior but rather the taste, this is a worthy spot. The lady helping us allowed us to try different options until we landed on Thai tea, almond amaretto, riceberry horchata on The Special (3 flavors) on a waffle bowl. It was placed on coconut sticky rice. At first I raised my eyebrows but when I tried it, I was blown away how GREAT of combo this is! 5/5 I would go out of my way to try this. What I also love about this is that it isn't sweet like typical dairy icecream but just sweet enough like the true gelatos you have in Italy. You must at least try this with the waffle bowl - it was quite the delight. The portion is big and you'll be surprisingly full. The special (3 flavors) is best for 2-3 people (regular serving). If you're going to eat this by yourself I'd just get 1 serving or the gelato cup. Restroom? No Seating? No

Luckily this was one of the stands that had good reviews, so I gave it a shot. Between the language barrier and my excitement for dessert, I somehow ended up ordering more than I planned. The ice cream was good and the Asian-inspired flavors were definitely different from the usual. It didn't completely blow my socks off, but it was a solid treat. I kept thinking a little syrup or extra topping would've taken it up another level. Overall, glad I tried it. Half the fun of these food events is randomly discovering stuff you normally wouldn't eat anyway. I'd probably check out their Torrance brick-and-mortar location sometime and give them another shot.

Review #998 2026-068…read more Lychee Berry with Crystal Boba $6.58 Large Strawberry Mochi Shaved Ice (served w/strawberry bunny jello, mochi, fresh strawberry, house special strawberry puree) $11.71 Formerly Get Shaved, Boba Bunny Coffee & Tea takes over with a stylish pink-themed dining space & IG-worthy shaved ice with cute jiggly animal jellos. The boba shop is located on the northwest corner next to Dentist of Old Torrance with plenty of parking. The shop's dining space is mostly of 2-tops that can be adjusted to seat larger groups, with a unisex restroom is in the back. There's a corner to the right of the entrance with a Boba Bunny neon sign & powder blue scooter that's great for taking pics! I first learned of the shop via Toast last year when they offer a $2.00 birthday treat. My son has tried most of the local boba shops so I wanted to see how this ranks on his list. The menu is pretty extensive for its size with: fresh fruit teas, blended fruit/smoothies, fruit yogurt, fruit mocktails, premium milk teas, pure teas, cheesy bunny teas, tea lattes, ice milks, coffees, toppings ice creams, build your own (bubble) waffle, bubble waffle combo, churros, shaved ice, hot sandwiches/paninis, toasts, croissants, rice bowls, salads, munchies, add-ones... whew! There's also collectible boba bear bottles that's refillable; I don't think the refillable bottle is more than their large drinks unlike some other shops with refill options. Stopping by on a late Saturday morning, it was quiet. It took a few minutes to peruse their menu & I had a few questions since the electronic menu & kiosk didn't have a description of the ingredients. I ordered Lychee Berry with Crystal Boba, & M picked a large Strawberry Mochi Shaved Ice. It took a few minutes before my order was ready. I liked the Lychee Berry... it has a floral & sweet tart taste from the lychees & strawberries, with a moderate serving of crystal boba. The shaved ice was definitely IG-worthy! It's piled high with ice fluff & topped with fresh strawberries, mochis, & a strawberry bunny jello; their house special strawberry purée, a bit too sweet for my liking, is set aside to prevent diluting the shaved ice. The mochi is colored, but it doesn't taste flavored or fresh (in-house) made; fresh as in chewy & pillowy like a marshmallow. The jiggly bunny makes a fun pic (see videos)! M thought it was funny to tap its behind, & we had it angled so that it looks like it's eating a pink mochi. Hehehe... While it's creative to a certain extent & tasty, the menu is on the expensive side for the serving size. Service was positive since we were the only customers, though slow due to the order execution process. Alas, the location is not quite marketable even though there's high traffic from Ralph's. It's the same owner, rebranding the Boba Bunny to Phin Coffee a couple of months ago after 2 years as a boba shop, which makes sense since there was a special run 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM with a 20% discount on coffee & matcha before the transition.
