Great value for pizza if you order bigger size with all the topping. Downside is the pizza is bit too salty for my taste. Friendly staff.

amazing pie, this is the best MOD I've been to

Don't usually write reviews for chains unless they are on the opposite ends of the spectrum. This one is a good one! I've been to a handful of MOD's and the pizzas made here top all others. I've had big orders done online and in person here and they've been quality well put together pies. Also worth noting when I did an online order and they made it incorrectly, they apologized and quickly fixed it while making me a fresh pizza and a free one for the inconvenience. Not great that they messed the pizza up but that's how you fix a problem. If you're looking for a quick pizza fix this is a safe bet!

Their "No Name Cake" puts hostess Ding Dongs to shame. They're soooooo good.

Let me tell you... I've been to this MOD before, but I've never received the type of service I received today. Thank you Adrian for your patience with us figuring it out, your reassuring smile, laugh and just good positive attitude. People here usually act like there are a thousand other places they'd rather be, but your energy made me feel like my pizza was made with love. It made me want to dine in at an establishment that I usually grab and go. You are appreciated.

Food is good. Service is a hit or miss.. ambience is chatter Kitchen just about music.

The cleanliness of the establishment could be improved. Some of the tables that were vacated were left dirty. One of the staff members, either subconsciously or without regard, reached in to their shirt and scratched their armpit. Fortunately, they weren't the ones who served and prepared my pizza. The server who made my pizza was skilled in their craft, and the pizza turned out well. The staff who fired the pizzas into the oven was friendly and courteous. However, it's a close call whether I'd return to this location.

Veggies this crust. I think pesto base

We got there late at night. MOD stands for made on order. We did not know that. Staff was super friendly. Explained we had never been there. You just add your toppings and base. It was delicious. We also go cheese bread.

Walk into the store and was greeted with a friendly environment. I want to shoutout Andrew a manager at the store he was taking my order and you can just tell the love and care he was handling my food with. I got my food and it was absolutely amazing wanted to buy some more 10/10 must have. COME TO THIS MODS PIZZA

I walked in ordering a mini which was about $11. There was one dough left sitting on their rack and you could tell it has been sitting there for a while cause it was pretty much hard. She used the roller to try to soften it out and I used to work at pizza places and that was probably sitting there for a few hours if not longer. The sauce was super sour and there wasn't much flavor at all.

First, this is a virtual brand and not a ghost kitchen. This is simply a real business selling pizzas over delivery apps. For some reason, they're using this crazy name. I ordered a medium "Mushroom & Sausage" Pizza. Then I added Pepperoni and more Mozzarella Cheese. Price $18.95. That's a medium pizza with 4 toppings. It was hellya good! It had my basic requirement for a good pizza....a thick blanket of cheese. Crust was soft, but lightly crispy. Even with pepperoni and sausage, it was not overly salty. It was just a good pizza, at a fair price.

The chef checked on us several times and even joined in singing "Happy Birthday", the entire team seemed genuinely invested in our having a wonderful experience. The menu is ambitious and the food was very good, with flashes of something truly special. The octopus with fennel and potato was phenomenal and completely distinctive. We also enjoyed the calamari, swordfish carpaccio, burrata, salmon, ravioli, short ribs, bolognese pasta, tiramisu, and gelato. A few dishes felt just a final touch away from greatness: the oxtail ravioli, for example, had all the makings of a standout, but the pasta and sauce could have felt a little fresher and more alive. You sense real talent in the kitchen and with just five percent more refinement, this could become exceptional Italian cooking. For now, the remarkably warm service makes it an easy five-star experience.

Unfortunately, the overall experience was disappointing from the very beginning. I initially emailed the restaurant regarding reservations but did not receive a response until several days later. I had also asked a few questions in my email, but those questions were not addressed until the day of our reservation, which made the planning process more stressful than it needed to be for such a special occasion. The food was also quite mediocre. The pasta was overly salty, and we specially ordered chicken Alfredo, which was not on the menu. Unfortunately, the chicken was dry and the dish lacked flavor. The calamari was also dry and did not have the crispy texture we expected. Additionally, we ordered the New York steak medium rare, but it arrived much closer to well-done and was quite dry. I chose not to complain during the dinner because it was my daughter's 16th birthday, and I did not want to disrupt her special celebration. However, I was disappointed that the restaurant did not seem particularly accommodating or willing to work with us, especially considering that we were planning a milestone birthday celebration. Overall, while I truly appreciated the attentiveness and helpfulness of our servers, the lack of communication, disappointing food, and overall lack of accommodation made this a much less enjoyable experience than we had hoped for.
