This was my first time stopping in, so we decided to order pretty much each pizza to see how we felt about it (as well, we were feeding a few people). This local was clean and neat. All the workers were busy, so no one greeted us as soon as we walked in but we were greeted as soon as the next person was available. I didn't take offense, however, I do know that is something some people look for when they walk into a store. The service was quick and friendly. Along the way, the continued to ensure your pizza was made properly. I appreciated that, if they weren't sure - they asked until it was clear what was wanted. Overall, the pizza was good. I think it could have been better. There were some pizzas that had like 5 pieces of meat on them. Then there were some pizzas that had a good amount of meat. That part was a little annoying, next time we will just ask for more meat as needed. We did enjoy the thin crust and it wasn't burnt. The ratio to sauce was good, no one wants a overly saucy pizza! I look forward to going back - the pricing was good for what you get as well.

Delicious and affordable pizza. Underline affordable since this restaurant is cheaper than other similar businesses and the pizza still tastes amazing. They top the pizza with ample ingredients that are packed with flavor. They even offer garlic cloves as a topping. Just whole roasted garlic cloves that are fantastic. We have ordered pick up and delivery from this location. Both experiences were very good. For pick up, we paid in advance and it was ready upon arrival. For delivery, it arrived in a reasonable amount of time and was accurate. I love how customizable the pizzas are and how easy the ordering process is. The sizes they offer work well with our preferences. We either pick the personal pizza or 11-inch depending on how hungry we are. We will likely order from here again.

Craving Pizza? Wanna Customize? Do you want to load your pie with excessive toppings and still have money left over for a can of wine? Well, you are in luck cause MOD Pizza will check all those boxes. I arrived around 3 pm, and despite five employees behind the counter, I waited a few minutes before I was even greeted. I ordered a BYO, but mid-way through ordering, the guy walked off, and a few employees looked at each other in confusion. He magically appears from wherever he wandered off to and finishes making my pizza. I pay and make the mistake of sitting at a table facing the window cause a good 10 mins went by, and still no pizza. I got up and inquire about my order and found out that it had been done, but the girl at the counter stated she did not realize it was mine. I found that odd cause there was no one else in the restaurant. I sit down only to realize that they didn't cut the pizza. I get back up, request they cut it, and sit down to enjoy my lukewarm pizza. Upon leaving, they did tell me to have a good day, so, uh, Yay for being kind, but Nay for the spotty service.

Looking for a quick, affordable and tasty pizza? MOD is your spot. I tried the caspian pizza with tomatoes and bacon added, so good! My fiance ordered the dominic and thought that it was just okay, not one that he would order again. But, he did like his caesar salad. If you are looking to indulge in an alcoholic beverage, they do serve beer here. I ended up ordering a lemonade and really liked it. I enjoyed the service too, everyone was helpful and friendly.

Don't know that I'm a fan of reviewing chains but this group is worth the effort. Best thing is it's all unlimited toppings and they're right there in front of you - want a layer of mozzarella on top of your toppings - just ask. BBQ drizzle in with the tomato sauce or on top - why not both? They're super friendly and the pizza is great. So many topping and flavor combinations - it took us a year to finally get over here and now that we've been, it's at least twice a month we come back.

Staff have mask on and tables were blocked off to encourage social distancing. Mask are required. You can add as many toppings as you would like at no extra charge. I had the Tristan and added spinach and bacon to it. I like thin crust pizza so this place definitely offers that. The staff were extremely helpful and polite. Reasonably priced and the lemonade was delicious.

Thanks for being on the Kay Yow Wine Walk. If your everyday hospitality is anything like what you displayed during the walk we will be regulars! Space is full of light and energy. There's a pizza topping a crust for every type of pie lover! The cauliflower crust is awesome!

Your hunt for first-rate pastries and bagels ends right here. It's not surprising that there's a…read moregreat deli like this in Cary -- a city as stuffed with new Northeastern transplants as it is depleted of old Southeastern woodlands. Despite the overdeveloped bleakness, Cary is, at least, a good town to find many foods, markets, and restaurants otherwise unavailable in the region. The pastry case has a wide variety of options -- everything you might hope to find in a Portuguese or Italian bakery in New England in the 1980s (my touchstone for fundamental pastries). They are all apparently made on the premises, and have the particular look of pastries from the Northeast. Purely in the interest of scientific research, rather than barbaric gluttony, I tried an apple danish, a cheese danish, and a lemon danish. The cheese danish was faultless in taste: The filling was classic New England bakery cheese filling, and the pastry dough was very soft, and light, but not crumbly. Unlike at some Italian bakeries, it wasn't edge-to-edge filled with cheese (though it was the most edge-to-edge of all three danishes, as is customary for the cheese ones, in my experience); you can, and should, easily remedy this by ordering multiples. The apple danish was of the more cinnamon-crumble-forward style, but it was still terrific. The apples were well-coated small soft bits (unlike at some lesser pastry shops where the apples are crunchy undersweetened slices or chunks). Lemon danishes are very hard to find anywhere, and it was exciting to see one here. It was also excellent. The lemon filling sweated a little bit, so be prepared to get a little sticky (well worth it -- since this is definitely the right kind of filling for a lemon danish). The bagels are also top-notch, as you'd expect. They are a tiny bit lighter and smaller than the classic NY deli bagels were a few decades ago. Which is probably a good thing, since the New York ones seemed to be made from lead-208, all-gluten flour, and condensed dwarf star. The taste is pretty correct, though (as opposed to another bagel shop in the region which does manage to make gigantic leaden NY bagels, but which taste like dense white bread). All of the expected varieties of bagels were at the ready, and in good supply. The bagel/egg/cheese/meat sandwiches are pretty much NY deli accurate (but a little lighter -- which, again, is most welcome, compared to spending the entire morning defeating a NY bodega BEC, and the entire afternoon groaning), and carefully yet briskly prepared (with very good quality meat, and with yellow -- the tastier color -- American). (There also was a slice of chocolate cake -- it, unfortunately, was of the minimally frosted type, with some sort of ill-advised sour cream mixture between the layers. We'll just forget about that item.) The shop itself isn't quite as densely packed (with either people or pastry) as a NY deli, and is also much cleaner and kinder. The service is simply excellent. Customers are all quickly moved through the line, and the orders are prepared very efficiently. Despite the speediness, everyone behind the counter is very friendly and as patient as needed. The speed of the North is combined with the friendliness of the South -- a perfect combination, especially for those of us who are hopelessly impatient, but have no desire to ever be yelled at while at a deli counter again. A great business. I hope they flourish for a very long time.

There was a line when we walked in and it was packed but the wait time wasn't long. They have a few tables indoor and outdoor for seating. We ordered 2 Nova Lox on everything bagels and we waited around 5-8 mins. The bagels weren't great. The lettuce seemed old and the bagels didn't have enough salmon for $15.50 a piece. I also got a black hair in my bagel and I couldn't finish it. When I mentioned it to one of the staff, he offered to make me a new one but I didn't want one anymore.

I tell myself every time that I'm going to try something new--but I just can't help it, it's that good. I get it with the house-made chipotle ranch (which is amazing) and usually add chicken. The dressing really brings everything together, and I recommend getting it on the side if you don't plan to finish the salad right away--it helps keep everything fresh. The only downside is the price--adding protein can make the bowl a bit expensive--but honestly, I'm willing to pay more for high-quality, fresh ingredients. The staff is always quick, efficient, and helpful, which makes the experience even better. They also offer gluten-free desserts from JP's Pastry, which is a great bonus! Highly recommend if you want a fresh, clean meal that actually tastes amazing.

12/29/23: Why would my food be OLD & COLD @ 11:40 am??…read more Well, this was my first visit to this location. I was getting gas next door & saw a chance for me to get a quick bite to eat. There were 2 cars in drive thru & many more in the lot. So, I didn't think I'd get the quality of food that I ended up getting. When I got to the speaker, I was greeted by a guy saying, "Hey, how's it going?" I politely ordered my kids meal (chicken strips, fries, & Pepsi), and he told me to go to the 2nd window. I was greeted by a nice young lady who simply took my card without even making sure she had the right customer. She handed me a tea when I ordered Pepsi. I asked her if she charged me for the correct meal being that she gave me the wrong drink & she frantically asked the guy behind her who assured her that she did. That was fine. She handed me my box, sauce, & correct drink & I made my way down Hwy 55 towards 540 to go all the way back home. Before getting on 55 good, I opened my box to begin nibbling on my fries & was disgusted to find out that they were old, soggy, and tasted like they'd been sitting in a warmer for awhile. I scrapped those & hoped that the chicken strips would be better. NOT!! They, too, were old and could've easily been from yesterday by the taste of them. It's too early to have food this old & I didn't feel like turning around to complain. So, I will just warn you that if you're going to visit, check your food's quality before leaving their lot. I see now why they have such a low score on Yelp.
