There were 2 cars in drive thru & many more in the lot. So, I didn't think I'd get the quality of food that I ended up getting. When I got to the speaker, I was greeted by a guy saying, "Hey, how's it going?" I politely ordered my kids meal (chicken strips, fries, & Pepsi), and he told me to go to the 2nd window. I was greeted by a nice young lady who simply took my card without even making sure she had the right customer. She handed me a tea when I ordered Pepsi. I asked her if she charged me for the correct meal being that she gave me the wrong drink & she frantically asked the guy behind her who assured her that she did. That was fine. She handed me my box, sauce, & correct drink & I made my way down Hwy 55 towards 540 to go all the way back home. Before getting on 55 good, I opened my box to begin nibbling on my fries & was disgusted to find out that they were old, soggy, and tasted like they'd been sitting in a warmer for awhile. I scrapped those & hoped that the chicken strips would be better. NOT!! They, too, were old and could've easily been from yesterday by the taste of them.
