Honestly my favorite "fast food" pizza. It taste incredible, taste fresh and I can't find a better tasting pizza done in less than 15 mins. I love Mod and whenever I crave pizza I go here. Great location with plenty of parking, which makes it easy to stop by anytime. There's also lots of seating inside, so it's a comfortable place to dine in. I had some time to kill so I stopped by this place with my girlfriend, neither of us ever trying it before. It was a little awkward at first but the older gentleman with a cap explained the whole pizza building process and helped us out with the order. He was extremely friendly and even helped us sign up for the rewards program. When the pizzas finally came out they were outstanding, the crust was thin and crispy but had a decent chew and all the ingredients tasted high quality. My girlfriend doesn't like too much sauce in her pizza so this place was perfect since she could pick as much or little as she wanted. The restaurant looked clean and well maintained with a cozy and quiet environment. There aren't many Mod pizza's in my area but it's worth the drive to check this place out. read more

My youngest son got bacon and suasage, my oldest son got pepperoni, and I got white sauce, olive oil, salami, sausage, jalapeños, roasted garlic, pineapple, basil, and hot honey. I love how thin the crust is and you can also get a mini 6- inch or also 11- inch thick crust. The lemonades and teas are really good too. Came in here on a Friday night at 5:30. Let me just say, it was chaos. It didn't seem like any of the staff knew what was going on. The gentleman was friendly who took my order but I guess failed to write my name down for my order so I had no clue it was ready. There was quite a few people confused on when to pay because nobody was at the front counter to check us out. When I think of MOD it brings me back to my retail days and envision the manager on duty and if that's the case then certainly MOD just might be managing the pizza game after a few visits under my belt. Overall yes it is similar to Blaze and Pieology in the "subway style" battle of building fast food pizza to go, but thankfully it stands out on its own for many reasons. Above anything what bakes through in each bite is the quality of ingredients. I've found the meat and vegetable options to always be on point and fresh. I'm not feeling like I'm eating out of a can or getting something out of the freezer just waiting for a poor soul to consume it. Also I am a connoisseur of thin style and so far I have found nothing close locally to complete. It is always crispy and has a smoky char taste to it that really makes you feel a special type of wonderful as you chew through it. Nothing has been over done and that's a rarity especially with these competitors listed above. With the build your own style you pretty much determine your fate here. You pick what you want and avoid what you don't so blame yourself if it's sub par honestly. While it isn't always been a knock out of the park for me in all fairness I am still a fan and keep coming back to satisfy that pizza craving and with an 11 inch pie it's just enough to fill you up, but not feel like you ate a house. Well done MOD. Continue the supervision, but no micro managing the game because hey we all hate that in our daily lives. Haha! P.S. Oh yes, honorary mention to the no name cake. Came here on a Wednesday around 5pm and they were still fairly busy, which we felt was a great sign never having been here. When it was our turn to order we pretty much knew what we wanted, but the service wasn't the best (we felt rushed, which is understandable since they were busy, but not helpful since we had never been there). It's basically like all the other build your own pizza places, the pro was it came out much faster than pieology or blaze, but the crust (their original) was cracker like, and the toppings are added very sparingly unless you continue to ask for extra. It was overall okay, but not something we would necessarily need to go back to, mainly because of the service and how unkept the restaurant was. We, among other guests, were wiping down our own tables with napkins to have a place to sit- and in the heat of the afternoon, with no blinds, there were really only 3-4 tables out of the full sun. Five stars and two thumbs up for MOD! I received a coupon in the mail for a free pizza and stopped by the MOD in Corona to get my fill. There's practically a build your own pizza brand on every corner these days, but the Corona MOD has it going on. The biggest positive is that the location is spotless. I've visited a fair share of their competitors, and normally tables are dirty, trash is overflowing, and the ingredients on the make-line are cross contaminating. Not this MOD! The manager must have OCD because the location is pristine. They also happen to make pretty delicious pizza! This past visit I ordered their thick crust with sauce, mozzarella, garlic, tomato, mushroom, pineapple, and chicken. Of course I also threw in some ranch for dipping purposes - note that they don't charge for ranch and their competitors do! Zing! A gorgeous location and perfectly cooked pizza, what more could you ask for? MOD has taken it a step further with a truly amazing team that serves with efficiency and politeness. Always love a Mod pizza. Ingredients are always fresh and, despite the usually large amount of toppings, their hot oven always yields a good crust. Been going to this location for a few years but I remember on my first visit asking, "Pieology says if you put too many toppings, it will not cook right. Please let me know when I get to that point." They said "substitute for something else" but I didn't want pepperoni on a bbq pizza. They offered no coupon, no little cake, or anything else for what I paid. They didn't care.
