Only downside was that it was pretty cold upon arrival & the chocolate milk we got was placed on top of pizza and therefor was warm. Yuck. I'll admit, I'm pretty obsessed w/ Mod Pizza. For under 8 bucks, a regular-sized pizza is a great deal, as long as you load it up w/ toppings. I have always loved broccoli on pizza, but it's pretty rare to see in most places. Luckily, Mod has some delicious roasted broccoli available, as well as other non-standard choices like roasted corn, artichoke hearts, roasted garlic, and more. Here is my regular order...maybe one day they will name it after me: Red sauce, mozz cheese, chicken, broccoli, tomato slices, black olives, mushrooms, green peppers, roasted garlic Try it, it's really good. If you want to be a bit extra, go for some artichoke hearts & ricotta cheese. But you might have to fork & knife it at that point... Also worth a mention is the No-Name cake, a dessert item that is kind of like a high-quality ding-dong. It is definitely worth trying. I mean my food is always good, but I swear it cannot be safe/acceptable to use the same gloves for meat and veggies..... My stepmother has been vegetarian for roughly 35 years and uses her own pan for her food that way she can ensure no meat has touched it because after so long of not eating meat, it would make her sick. Like some other reviews I've seen, it's like the subway of pizzas. They don't even know how to build a pizza properly. Really generous with the over powering taste of oregano (almost inedible), but skimpy on the toppings. I guess being a first time customer, I should have doubled up on the toppings, if I'd known they only give three of each. If these pizzas are consistently made like this, I wouldn't pay a dollar more. I felt judged by the employee, when I asked for ranch. Like I was insulting the pizza for putting ranch on it, even though my kids can't have pizza without it, like amongst a lot of other people out there. They should keep their opinions to themselves. I guess he was giving me an indirect warning, because I tried the ranch and it was horrible! I couldn't even get my kids to eat it. Definitely not house made! I only eat pizza occasionally and when I do, it sux to be disappointed by a less than subpar pizza. Went to a fundraiser tonight for Mod pizza and ordered two of their large pizzas and a salad. What I didn't know was in a large pizza isn't all that large. The pizza is good. I would say that the chicken barbecue was the best. The Cesar salad was excellent and the large one fed for people. The pepperoni and sausage pizza was not really all that good. The largest pizza is no bigger than a regular mod pizza but it does have a double crust which is a nice touch. Overall it's fair but I wouldn't say exceptional for the price. read more

We ate here last week! I love that they used local peoples photos on the walls. It gives you a feel for the Eugene community! I saw some faces I knew too! It wasn't what I expected because we stood in line like going to a Subway store. We had many choices of items to choose for on our pizza or salad. The staff was very helpful and professional. The food was tasty and well cooked. It is nice to be able to order just what you want and have it cooked well. The prices were a bit spendy! That is why I didn't give it 5 stars. I am a fan of MOD... I have frequented the one on Coburg multiple times, but must say that for some reason this location is more favorable to me. There is less chaos at this location, things are actually full, I don't have to go ask for Parmesan cheese and wait several minutes until one is filled. The only downside to this location is that the parking lot is quite small and sometimes hard to get in and out of. It might be best to park on the street nearby if you have a larger vehicle. The place was clean and the staff was friendly and for some reason it felt the pizza was better quality here and tasted better. Maybe it's because I am not having the aggravation of having to hunt down Parmesan or have to wait for one. Definitely, a good place to get pizza at a good price and to get it quickly. read more

Yummy pizzas! The people working behind the counter are not stingy with the toppings like other pizza places similar to mod pizza I've tried. The pear iced tea is delicious definitely a must try. We had our family visiting from out of town and some of them have dietary restrictions so it was nice to see options for them too( cauliflower crust). read more

We first tried MOD in Bend and really, really like the model - this is not your average pizza joint, it is basically Quizno's/Subway in pizza form. There is probably better pizza crust in town, but nowhere else where you get as much for your $ in quality ingredients, fast, and open late. Good food, good prices. I tried ordering one of their set pizza flavors and was a little disappointed, so I'm sticking with customizing my own. You get exactly what you want, and can put as many toppings as you want without being charged extra - including lots of extra meat/cheese/what-have-you. You can do the same with a salad; usually we go with one MOD pizza and one MOD salad and share. I love the iced tea/lemonade bar and that MOD is open late. We are very excited to have MOD in the neighborhood as an affordable late dinner standby option. read more
