Unfortunately the lady I spoke to on the phone said no they were told never to take any orders over the phone when I had called. And she also mentioned if I ordered online it might not register in the system right away and miss the order. So since I did call and inquire about doing a pickup by phone the staff my need updated knowing it's allowed. I live 5 minutes away so I planned on ordering to help with not making the line any longer since it was close to closing time.

With all that is going on right now, with COVID-19. I appreciate so much businesses that are still open for the public and yet take extra precautions to minimize risk. Figaro's in Veneta is providing curbside takeout. Always great tasting pizza at very reasonable prices! Thank you Figaro's.

Awesome pizza, order from here often. Not just good for our area but the best pizza we've found in the Eugene area.

Ordering over the phone was easy. We were politely asked if we could hold, and after a brief pause we were able to place our order. I ordered the Philly Cheesesteak sandwich with a side of fries. When we got home all I had to do was put the fries in the Air Fryer for a few minutes and they came out crispy and delicious as if they were freshly cooked. They are a shoestring variety, very lightly salted and not oily. The Philly was a pleasant surprise. My initial reaction on the first bite was 'Wow! That's a REAL Philly!' The roll was sliced, buttered and toasted. It held together perfectly. The skirt steak was sliced thin and cooked well. The onions are caramelized nicely and the bells are a good al dente. The Provolone is melted nicely and rounds out the sandwich flavors. The takeout packaging we received is compostable and recyclable. After all this I had to laugh at myself because I had reviewed their Philly once before. Well, it is still over the top good!

Met a coworker for lunch and was pleasantly surprised. They have an eccentric pizza menu, like…read morenacho pizza or dill pickle pizza and of course they had all the traditional combinations I decided to try the nacho pizza and asked them to put a heavy handed amount of jalapeños on top. I was thrilled by how crispy and chewy the crust was, the nacho sauce went perfectly with the crust without being overpowering or gummy. There was a bountiful amount of toppings , and I could only eat two slices of the personal pizza as it was very filling. Definitely is on my list of places to stop and try and new combination the next time I'm in Veneta. Great service (although out of iced tea but not their fault) and cute setting, I can imagine it does get lively for dinner and the weekends.

The taste, texture, and warmth was great. Best pizza I have had must I say! Service was quick, easy, and pleasant. Seating was a little close for comfort but the vibe was still very nice.

It's weird that I've never written a review for Hey Neighbor It's Pizza (H-N-I-P) before since I…read moreconsider it to be about the best product in town. I won't bore you with details on crust (thinnish with a nice chew) or toppings (interesting varieties and well and evenly dispersed, nothing clumped in one area) and the friendly staff, etc. Nope, I would not have been there numerous times over the last handful of years and recommend it to most everyone I know. So why just the three-star rating? Lemme tell you about a pet peeve of mine: automatic gratuities. Tips added on to the total without any indication to the patron. Don't get me wrong-- I completely understand for larger parties, like six or more. I've spent months/years as a waiter so I understand the frustration of working hard to please a table only to get a 10% tip. As a now-former waiter, I try to tip generously. What I don't understand or expect is an automatic gratuity for small group, especially when I am a solo diner. Just me. Party of one. With minimal indication on the bill as to the added tip. After my last time at H-N-I-P I got the check, added on my own tip and paid. Then I pondered on the total. It seems funky -- why is it more than just the pizza and salad I ate... there's no tax in Oregon... Whuh? I look more closely at the bill and see that they already added on a tip...? I guess they just got a nearly 50% tip from me. Which might be the last tip because it's seriously irritating. In time I'll probably have a pizza craving that only they can fill, and go back. I'll look more closely at the menu to see if and where the automatic gratuity is mentioned. Enjoy the pizza. Beware the automatic gratuity.

I was enticed by the pictures of fresh salads and wood fired pizzas. We ended up getting a few pizzas, a couple different pastas. They were all so flavorful (not salty) the texture of the gnocchi was so soft and absorbed the flavorful sauce. We were all blown away. We used QR to order, and were advised to order in waves. Drinks first. Everything came out promptly, even though the restaurant was pretty full. The last few days we ate at some incredible restaurants. Cold Springs Tavern in Santa Barbara, Nepenthe in Big Sur, then we come to Osteria DOP and all agreed the food here was unmatched. The best. For driving many hours, I liked that the atmosphere was casual, but it still looked modern and nice.

The pasta was a nice al dente and had a good coat of sauce. Despite the restaurant being fairly busy, the food came relatively quickly! The restaurant has limited tables, so expect a wait! All and all, Osteria DOP was a great experience! I will be back to try out more items from their menu.
