This is our local Mod Pizza so we frequent it often. The ingredients always look fresh and the pizzas come out in a timely manner. Somehow they always get the cook right so that when you evite into your pizza you don't burn your mouth. All employees were nice and even when there was a line behind us the employee making our pizza was still taking his time preparing ours. The pizza can come out delicious but it really depends on you since you create it. Sometimes, I admit, I go to wild with adding toppings that I regret it afterwards but sometimes it comes out awesome. So if your pizza comes out awesome, take note of what you picked so you can recreate it the next time you visit. The process is simple: you pick your crust (regular or gluten free), you pick your toppings, then they throw it an awesome fire oven pit that preps your pizza in 5 min or less. Horrible customer service by the manager!!! I ordered online at 11:55. I arrived around 12:07 and the pizza was sitting on the uncooked rack. The manager who was in charge of putting the pizza in the over was writing out the schedule, cleaning, and doing everything else but put the pizza in the oven. I asked her when she was putting the pizza in, and she mumbled a reply. Around 7 minutes after I arrived, she puts the pizza in. She hands to me at 12:17 and said just right on time since the ticket said 12:16. I ordered at 11:55 and it asked me when I'm picking up. I said 12:10. If the pizza was ready for the manager to put in the oven and I asked for her to put it in the oven, customer service dictates that she should've done so instead of waiting a good 7 minutes doing everything else. Especially since she was only an arms length away from doing this task. She needs some customer service training. Also, the online order time (my cellphone) and their printer time (receipt) is off 5 minutes. I wouldn't be so particular of the delay if not for the fact that I am taking it to my child for lunch and timing is important to get back to the school on time with fresh pizza. read more

I love this place! I am not one for lines or ordering at a counter. When the food and staff are this good, I just remind myself that in 7-9 minutes I'll be eating a delicious pizza. Like Subway subs, you tell them the toppings you want, they build the pizza while you watch. Or, you can order one of their predefined pizzas -- but that's no fun. The price is per size and doesn't change no matter how many toppings you add. When it's ready they call your name and you pick it up. When I arrived there was no line so my experience may be better than if there's a crowd. What may be the sweetest girl in the world waited on me (she probably raised my rating a star.) My pizza was ready as fast as they advertise, maybe faster. I don't know if mine was an exception or standard, but it wasn't sliced. In tearing it apart much of the toppings came off. Our 1st time to any Mod location and we couldn't believe how filthy it was. The floor behind the counter was awful (I couldn't get photos because employees were back there). I couldn't believe the amount of food on the floor in the prep area. It was disgusting. There was food all over the dining area too. All of the tables were dirty except for the one we chose and it was super sticky. It looked like the staff hadn't cleaned or tended to dining area in hours. I didn't even want to see the bathroom if dining area was this bad. Pizza wasn't that great either. We weren't impressed at all and will not be returning. read more

Pizza places similar to MOD are starting to pop up all over the area so when my husband said, let's go to this new pizza place I was like...uh, really?! Well....Okay... There was a very long line. We were almost out the door. But MOD seems to have order taking down and we waited for about 10 minutes max before it was our turn. They take your name, get your order and toppings, you pay, get your cup, and wait for your name to be called. By the time we got our drink and picked our table, our name was being called. I was curious about how the pizza was going to taste because the crusts (pre-baked) looked like flat flour tortillas and not pizza dough. With my first bite I was SUPER pleased! So flaky and the veggies tasted so fresh!! I'm definitely a fan! Best pizza I've had in a long time! They have a small size (I believe 6") for about $5 and an 11" for about $8. I ordered the 11" and I could have had my fill with the 6". ...but I had left overs, so no biggy. They also offer a double crust for a few dollars more. I have no idea what that is. Check them out. I come here at least twice every two weeks. Good price, good ingredients, overall very great. The reason I am giving this a 2 star review is because on Friday 6/23/17 I ordered my usual pizza there. Toppings were: Mushrooms, Onions, basil, cilantro, garlic rub, red sauce, corn, broccoli, spicy sausage. Got home and started eating my pizza. Something was sour about the pizza. The star that I'm giving for this MOD location is for the staff as they are always very nice. We were regulars here for quite some time but over time this location has just become way too inconsistent and not well kept. We haven't been to this location in a while and wanted to give it another try because it is closer to us than the one we've started to go to that's much more reliable and tidy but we likely will not be back. Almost every time we come to this location they are out of one or more items some quite ridiculous (ice for drinks, straws, or lids for drinks seems to be a regular issue which is super inefficient). If you don't have ice or lids for to go drinks I'm sorry people should get their drink free. Today a man was literally trying to put Saran Wrap over his drink to take it with his order to go. This is silly. I totally understand being busy and occasionally running out of things or being a tad bit messy but it should be the exception not the norm.
