They make a great pizza. I usually order for pickup. Sometimes I'm just in the mood for endless toppings.

MODZ! I honestly love this place. It's a wood-fired pizza spot where you can build your own, and it's super affordable. The servers are generous with the toppings, which is awesome. Usually, it's not too busy, but during our last visit, there was a kid's party, and we had to wait about 30 minutes. My go-to base is the spicy + regular red sauce, but honestly, their white sauce and pesto are just as amazing. If you're looking for an affordable, delicious, and quick wood-fired pizza, this is the perfect spot!

I was disconnected on each time I tried calling.

Myself, my daughter, bestie and her son decided on MOD for lunch after a day at the nurseries. Free parking can be found in the parking lot. Discover is an accepted form of payment. During Covid19, inside dining isn't allowed. I tried unsuccessfully calling in my order but was disconnected on each time. We finally decided to place our orders inside. Inside floors are clearly marked with the appropriate social distancing lengths. The kitchen area was clean and well organized. I ordered a mini unlimited topping pizza for $6.97 and a bottle of Blue Moon beer for $4. The pizza toppings were fresh and sufficient for the size. The crust was super thin and a bit under-cooked. They were out of bread sticks. The staff members were unfriendly, borderline rude. Overall, MOD is a fun and inexpensive way to eat pizza. In the future I will choose a different location to order from instead of this location.

This is my Great pizza and I love it. Keep up the hard work.

This is how a pizza is made. Thank you MOD Pizza for my delicious pizza. The price for the pizza is a great price. Please don't raise the price of the pizza. The two gentlemen that worked there were great to deal.

    Mmmm, my own masterpiece!!!

Mod Pizza, moving up in the world with actual plates and everything. Caramelized pear iced tea is just the thing to wash down the deliciousness that is Mod. Friendly service, excellent pizza and great music make this a great place to get a quick meal. We came in on a Monday night just before closing, and were greeted warmly by all the staff. I came with some people from out of town who were quite impressed with the food. The notion of building your pizza any way you like was especially attractive to everyone. I ordered my usual Maddie with extras -- thus time was chicken, can bac, brussels sprouts, roasted garlic, gorgonzola finished with the balsamic fig glaze. Not only is this pizza fast and yummy, but it's pretty, too. I am super impressed with this particular store because of the amazing service, and the fact you get your pizza on actual plates! You all need to experience Mod at least once in your life.

This was taped under my pizza. Delicious. Not.

Things have really improved here. I still don't do phone orders, but going in things come out pretty quick for how fresh everything is.

The Fish Po' Boy was perfectly deep-fried--crispy on the outside, flaky on the inside. The tartar sauce was hands down the best I've ever had! They served it on the side instead of on the sandwich, which turned out to be perfect because we dunked every bite. It was so fresh, full of dill flavor, and absolutely delicious. The Bánh Mì had an amazing smoky flavor, and they even served it with a side of au jus for dipping, which was fantastic. Every dipping sauce we tried deserved five stars--the honey mustard, the burger sauce, and that incredible tartar sauce. What really sets this place apart is the kids' play area. It's huge and thoughtfully designed with video games, Pac-Man, a train table, and plenty of space for kids to play. It kept our kids happily entertained so we could actually relax and enjoy our meal, which is rare! If you're in the Lake Stevens area, this place is definitely worth a visit. Great food, amazing sauces, and one of the best family-friendly dining experiences we've had. We will absolutely be back!

Fries were about the same as you get at Wendy's, not horrible not great. BLT was a big disappointment, bread was ok but thin sliced, tomato might as well not have been there, slices were thin and it added nothing to the sandwich, bacon was a big let down and should have been the showcase of the sandwich, easily forgotten. Lettuce was shredded and cold, made whole sandwich feel cold. Would I have it again, maybe, would I come back for the food or the beer, no on the food, yes on the beer. Oh and service is ok, asked for salt, got two peppers. Beers look small, they come in 5, 12, 16 and 20oz. Ordered 16, pretty sure I got 12's, will see when bill arrives.

Always perfectly cooked and it has a delicious compound butter on top. My husband loves their whiskey drinks (namely the smoked manhattan and the brown butter one). We were celebrating with my husband, our two young children, and my in-laws, so we were looking forward to a special brunch together. Our server, Shami, did not make us feel welcomed from the start. There was no introduction, greeting, or acknowledgment that it was Father's Day. The interaction felt very rushed and impersonal. When ordering mimosas, she brought the champagne to the table and asked whether we wanted to serve ourselves or have her do it, which felt unusual and left us unsure of what was expected. Throughout the meal, we consistently thanked her when food and drinks were brought out, but our comments were met with silence. There was little to no engagement, warmth, or hospitality during the service. While we understand everyone can have an off day, the overall experience felt cold and inattentive, especially for a special occasion. The food was good, and because we've had positive experiences here in the past, we're hopeful this was an isolated incident. However, service plays a big role in the dining experience, and this visit left us disappointed.

I know I came here way back in the day, but it was a different location and I remember enjoying it…read more I fully anticipated ordering breakfast as it was 9 am, but after looking over the menu I opted for lunch. Now coming in it was a little awkward as you walk in and the counter is right by the entrance just like most restaurants, but there were no signs that said wait to be seated or seat yourself. After standing there for a couple of minutes I saw people grabbing menus and congregating to the register. I was waiting for someone so it worked out well. You order and then take your number or in this case a magic 8 ball to the table(so they know which order goes where). This location is much larger than I remember. It had a very eclectic ambiance. More or less different types of tables and chairs everywhere, but gave off a homey vibe. The people that were working were very pleasant. We both opted for water, in which they had a water station for you to fill a cup and sit down. After sipping my water I noticed the glass I had was chipped and cracked, a chard actually chipped off in my hand. I took it back up to the front and exchanged it. Probably not the best idea to have all of the glasses stacked on top of on another. I ordered the Cajun chicken sandwich, in which upon ordering they had to check if they were ready to serve that. I was lucky enough that they were, although I did have a back up plan. The turkey sandwich came out with a mixed green salad with a dressing I was not sure of, but was very refreshing. The turkey sandwich on sourdough was very flavorful and I was very happy with my pick. I would definitely come back here and try more things, although the Cajun sandwich remains on my mind. One of the better sandwiches I have had in a long time!

(gotta climb in the Wayback Machine for that gem!) I loved that I saw at least six versions of my childhood dining room table, which felt so nostalgically comfortable that I wanted to crawl under one with my coloring books and my chocolate milk. But I digress -- you're supposed to be reading my review. I decided that I was in the mood for grilled cheese and tomato soup, so that's what I ordered. The tomato soup is really amazing -- so fresh tasting and delicious. But the sandwich was next level nom-ness. I opted to get it on sourdough because it's the best for dunking into the soup. In conclusion, I want to talk about the service -- ordering was fairly simple, and the varied menu made it exciting to know there are so many choices.
