I've eaten at my fair share of TBs over the years. Like other FF chains, you pretty much know what to expect from Taco "Hell" in terms of food quality, service, and price. Never an incorrect order, always super, super friendly employees (maybe that's why a few others have stated the staff are "weird" because they're not used to seeing smiling faces at joints like TB - lol - alien), and they take care in preparing the grub correctly.
