This was my first time ever going to MOD, my daughter works there and she has been begging me to come since the grand opening but I've been too busy to stop in. I surprised her today while she was working and immediately loved it!! All the workers greet you as you walk in, and are immediately helping you out. I visited a MOD pizza for the first time here about 3 months ago. I've really enjoyed it. I think the best part is the service. Most of the staff remembered my name and each have personally worked hard to ensure my order was good. I find myself finding excuses to go here when I am within. 20 minutes. I live a good distance away in Bellevue but enjoy whenever I can go to Lynnwood. read more

First time to the 164th Mod I was not impressed and thought maybe it was the worst pizza in Lynnwood. I was wrong, the Crossroads Mod was the worse pizza in Lynnwood. Asked three times to put more cheese on it and each time it was more of a pinch. Nothing on the last inch or so or the crust was plain bread. Also pretty burnt. I'm going to stick with my regular pizza joint a few blocks north of 196th. read more

Mod Pizza is a chain, but this one has to be my favorite. The customer service is outstanding and the crew there makes you feel like you're more than just a customer. Because I go to college right down the road from this location, I am there two to three times a week. I appreciate everything about this restaurant. The prices are reasonable, the pizza is phenomenal and the amount of time I don't have to wait is unheard of! Last time I was in there was two days ago and they ended up giving me a free 10' pizza because someone had made a phone order and never came to get their food. Not only was it a nice gesture but it proved once again why I will stay a loyal customer. read more

Yummy yummy in my tummy. Best of all, yummy yummy in my daughter's tummy. She absolutely loves mod.. She calls it the subway for pizza because you get to make your own pizza.. The toppings are fresh and they have a good selection of base sauces so you're not only limited to the red sauce. Drinks are free refills, including their homemade lemonades and teas. Their milkshakes are pretty good as well but only limited to a few flavors (choco, vanilla, strawberry). Haven't tried their classic salads yet but they look just as fresh! We made our pizzas and waited about 5 mins while they cook it, so I'd say pretty fast service. Awesome staff. Very knowledgeable. The guy even warned us before topping our pizza saying that the gorgonzola was strong so he recommended not to add it if you don't like bleu cheese flavor. Very impressed! Pizza is good and a very good price. They have vegan cheese. My only complaint is how thin the crust is but that's just me.

Friday afternoon about 5:30 we went in, stood in a line for not more than a few minutes, store was nice and clean, smelled like a great pizzeria should. were greeted by a real nice guy, (gotta give kudos to a great staff, everyone joking around , making customers feel at ease) we ordered 2 - "Megas", wasn't sure of the sizing, but apparently they just double the 11" crust, and pile on the toppings. (Tip: stick with the single "Mod" size.) Mine was a Mega #2 "Mad Dog", w/sausage and meatballs, and while they make the pizza, you can request additional toppings. We added mushrooms, olives, and red onions, and roasted garlic, but the pizza came out way salty for my taste. (maybe too much garlic), and the Mega sizing doesn't really add much except a second layer of dough, with some sauce and cheese to hold it together. To me the 2 layers of crust were kinda rubbery, and too moist. We actually bought "to go" and ate at home, that may have let the pizza get too moist from the steam. I grabbed a "Marion Blackberry Lemonade", on the way out, sounded good but way too sweet. I really don't think I'll wait in that line again for a average pizza, when Piezano's is 2 blocks away, and way better! .....my girlfriend disagrees, and will give them another chance. She's been looking at the menu, and says if you buy a salad you can customize it with any toppings you want. Maybe that's the way to go. read more
