We are frequent customers and we have always enjoyed the food. Today was totally different, when we walked in there was adequate staff but we had to wait for service. I ordered a Dillon James(magherita pizza). I was not told there wad no basil- only if I wanted arugula? What the h_ll, totally different pizza. Then my husband and i were served undercooked pizza. Very unpleasent to get a mouthful of gummy pizza crust and cold toppings. I guess if the young man was more focused on cooking our pizza instead of going through the motions to get a sub standard product out so he could get on his phone we would of got an edible pizza. Well I hope they get their collective stuff together or we won't be back. I would of gave no stars here but you have to choose, so 1 star is more then you deserve. read more

The pizza are great here but the staff was really bad. How is a build your own pizza? Then they try to put what ever they want on it. We wanted spicy sauce but the girl started putting the regular sauce on it. She got an attitude when we asked for her to change the sauce. Then the next person in line had an attitude with everyone prior to me and afterwards. She got mad when ever a customer took a minute to decide what they wanted on their pizza. Then when my niece ask for pickled jalapeños she threw on pickled onions. They didn't put her spicy chicken on her Jasper she ordered until I said something and was told she should have said something. A friend of mine just had a horrible experience at this place. Her and hubby decided to eat in. Well, that was a bad idea. There were no tables wiped down at all and table next to them still was dirty with food on it. Ladies room had no toilet paper. When my friend asked to speak to a manager about her concerns, he said he was sort of a manager. I guess this place does not care about their employees or their customers. No respect! read more

I ordered a small pizza in the Dominic style. Super yummy sauce and cheese combination. I originally asked for the Create Your Own Salad Pizza, but the two women behind the counter said they weren't trained to make them. Otherwise they would get five stars for sure. Their homemade little desserts are very reminiscent of much better snack cakes! I could easily have made a meal just from that! The atmosphere is lovely as well! Hands down, best pizza in town! Get the spicy honey drizzled on top!!! The crust is thin and crispy. Get the olive oil and garlic base instead of the normal red sauce for an extra crispy pizza. read more

So I go in with a buddy of mine and we both ordered an 11inch thin crust. I see a meat pizza an I ask the girl how much are extra toppings. She says, "they are free with the pizza." I say a dollar? What a pleasant surprise! I never heard of this chain and don't usually want or care for chain pizza, but it came highly recommended. I ordered the Maddi - which is a Margherita. I would rate it 100% better than Pieology. They're both build a pizza joints. The pizza was attended to like a brick oven pie, not cooked in a conveyer belt oven. The crust is appropriately thin, light and airy, not hard and crispy. The tomato sauce is very flavorful. It was good enough that I craved it 2 days later, but refrained from getting it twice in one week. Next week though . . . Update - a second visit turned out not so great. It was too cheesy, not saucy enough and not cooked enough. Also, I noticed right before receiving the pizza, it was dusted with what I assume is either spices, salt, or a combo. Whatever it is, it's way too salty. read more

I'll start by saying the actual crust was very good. That's the most important aspect in my opinion. But the staff was young, and easily distracted by their friends, who were also customers. One girl making my pizza forgot add almost any toppings even though I ordered one of their curated pizzas, because of her friends walking through the door. The pizza I ordered used Asiago instead of mozarella as the main cheese and it made my pizza so salty. Toppings were stingy. I asked for a pesto drizzle and was handed a side of pesto instead. I really needed some red pepper flakes to offset the flavors and there aren't any available. Price is decent. But obnoxious that it's cut into forths and not sixths. I'll go back once the staff learns a bit more, and will definitely order a different pizza. read more

We were thrilled to find out there was a mid pizza opening! This place is our favorite place to eat- we go at least once a week. Pizzas are excellent, great prices and you can get as many toppings as you want. Fresh ingredients. Also, the minis are pretty low calorie which is nice if you are watching your waistline. The no name cakes are excellent- very good quality chocolate and ingredients. One of my favorite desserts; It's what a hostess cupcake would taste like if it was made with really good chocolate in a fancy bakery. The staff is friendly and efficient. Are you open? Second visit on a weekend night around 8pm and the restaurant appeared to be closed. Open hours are until 11pm however the employees have the chairs stacked on tables, wet floors from being mopped, restrooms and back of restaurant shut off, employees breaking down the drink station.... all the tasks that would lead you to believe they were closing. Nothing worse as a consumer to feel like you are not wanted and like you are in the way. Wait a minute... you are open until 11pm, right? Surely the owner is unaware? Poor service, bad attitudes, multiple associates focused on closing duties ... two hours prior to closing. There are 4 pizza places within a mile of each other... who ever focuses on being customer centric will survive. read more

First time ordering from there and it was really delicious! I do know that I need to add some more flavor to my garlic based pizza, I.e.. veggies. The cheese bread was amazing! The Cinnamon Pizza option was good but so thin, which isn't my thing. Same with the cheese pizza, I didn't realize how thin the crust would be. But it was all still amazing! I ordered a Strawberry Milkshake and got a vanilla one, that kinda sucked but oh well I drank it anyway. I ordered a grape drink that came in a bottle like a beer bottle but I didn't have room to even drink it. Now for the best most amazing and delicious part of the takeout was the No Name Cake, which I will be ordering 6 the next time. It was a moist chocolate cake with a buttercream filling and a chocolate icing. I needed more of those, that's for sure! The place was very unorganized, the staff seemed rude and not friendly, and I don't know if being a new restaurant had anything to do with it. We just finished eating at this location and it was terrific! I've been to several MOD's and this was my favorite. They have a restful back patio with fans and all of the servers there was really friendly. I spoke to the manager and complimented this location because it was so good. Tried this place for the first time. Nothing special here. Decor was nice. Pizza was ok, like Pizza 120, Uncle Maddios, and Pieology. Milk shakes were standard. I went to MOD Pizza for the first time today with my friend who LOVES the restaurant. While we were in line, a woman behind us was incredibly rude to Amir, the employee making the pizzas. He handled the situation incredibly well and was nothing but kind, despite having a very angry woman yelling at him and twisting his words. Karen, the manager, talked to the customer about the situation and everyone in there knew Amir had done nothing wrong. Although this lady was not acting properly whatsoever, all of the staff was still so polite to her. I'm sorry for the staff, Amir, Sydney, and Karen for having to deal with such an obnoxiously rude customer, but proud they handled the problem so well. I work in the food business myself and I completely understand how frustrating customers like that can be. Props to MOD for keeping their cool and being so kind. I am a BIG mod pizza fan. i have never had a bad experience. however, today, an...interesting situation arose, and the staff handled it wonderfully. there was a woman, behind us in line, who became very impatient and rude. she lashed out at the young man, amier, who was making pizza. amier was nothing but polite to her in return. she spoke to the manager, who saw the entire incident take place. everyone was polite to this woman, and she was being clearly unreasonable. a customer behind her in line started taking up for the workers, and the woman immediately became rude with her as well. the manager offered the complainer the pizza free, but she insisted on paying. i understand that working with the public can be difficult, i work in food myself, but i truly applaud the staff for the way the situation was handled. shoutout to amier, sydney, and karen. yall keep being awesome and making great pizza!! read more
